Just finished 2 hours of gardening, getting a border ready for the delivery of the flowers. Might push the sucky thing around after lunch. the kitten fell out of a tree this morning, at least he had a soft landing in a border but it was on his back. He is a rascal, sil had to get him down yesterday evening. The blue tits are not enjoying his arrival, hope the babies fly off soon.

I am a golf widow this week! Golf Sunday, Monday, today, Wednesday and Friday, with meals most times.
As I won't be in until after 7 tonight I decided to have my main meal at lunchtime. I had the 2nd salmon fillet that I cooked last night, with avocado, hard boiled egg, a few new potatoes and salad veg. Very nice it was too .
Now for an hour's ironing before going for GS1.

Afternoon everyone.
We went to the hospital this morning.I have written about it in YEO.
We had a taxi there and I’m sure he was the slowest driver ever. Every light seemed to be red.It’s no fun sitting watching the meter go round.
After the stress of this morning I feel shattered so taking it easy this afternoon before a light tea and then Pilates this evening

I was thinking Clover, can't you arrange a hospital 'taxi'? I used them sometimes for Mum. You arrange it with the hospital in advance. Free but you may share with someone else & go all round the houses. Mum liked chatting to different people & enjoyed what she called her 'little outings', to & from the hospital.

Funny you should mention that Nana I was thinking on similar lines ,
Our Hospital have Free taxi and patient buses ,its run by volunteers with donations , its called Daft as a brush , you have to book it and you do share with others but so handy for people who live a distance away and cant get transport ,

Oh yes you've just reminded me Oma. Our hospital has a free bus service to two of it's 'sister hospitals' too.

Wet and very cold again today ,
Didn't sleep at all well last night went up at 3 but back down at 5 my mind just wouldn't switch off , my face was a bit sore too but its fine now, it was just residual numbing wearing off I think .
Not much to do today need to go get some new stick on numbers for my wheelie bins I cleaned them both yesterday and pulled the old numbers off as they were starting to peel ,
then pop to Aldi and Iceland
