Zizi I also thought cloud was only for photos but when my iPad locked me out because of an Apple up date I had to have the IPad reset to factory settings but all was not lost, everything was stored in Apple cloud , documents, photos , even passwords . I now have back up cloud on my phone and desktop pc just in case.
The internet is a fantastic invention, except for Internet shopping, I have just brought two pairs of shoes and a cardigan in the Debenhams sale and I'm not even out of bed yet !!!

A day of sunshine and showers here. It was a deluge when I finished my cleaning job this morning so the lady's sister who lives below her very kindly insisted on giving me a lift home.I had only been home half an hour and the sun was shining!

I' be just been preparing pancake batter. I think I might have them after my Pilates session this evening as I don't like to eat too much before I go.

Glad to hear Joe is not badly scarred by his mishap, the little scar will fade with time I'm sure. It has been so cold here today, I am wearing a jumper and cardy. Can't wait to feel the sun, we fly to Turkey first and its only 13c there, so I intend to wear jean and wear a light jacket for travelling. We have a 3hour wait in Turkey before our flight to Singapore, and I am delighted to report temps where we are going range from 32-34C. I am organised and have a few fiddly things left to do, waiting to see girlies who are popping in for farewell cuddles with Granny. Mimi I much prefer online shopping to the real thing nowadays, so easy to return if not liked, but too much temptation.

Zizi - of course you will get the hang of Dropbox etc. I've used up all my free iCloud storage, and don't really want to start paying a monthly subscription, so I've just left what is on there, but I've got 2 external hard drives for my desktop. I use one for Time Machine (the Mac backup system) and the other as general storage. But every time I charge up my phone I get a stern reminder that this phone hasn't been backed up for x number of weeks (coming up for a year) and I need to adjust in Settings. No thank you!

I didn't visit the wide awake thread last night. Yah 😀😀😀😀
Before we all get carried away, I was awake at stupid o'clock but I refused to put iPad on in the vain hope that I would get back to sleep .

I having a bra fitting at M and S this morning hopefully I won't gone a up another size . When I was younger I was a 32b cup I am now 38c.

It seems cold outside this morning, the heating has already kicked in !
