LG - I can't cope with this really cold weather, even my brain seizes up! the furthest I've been is down to the bottom of the garden to fill up the bird feeders - twice. That's only because I'd feel too guilty if I left them empty in this weather. Even Eva with her lovely fur coat has only been out for the bare necessities which she's performed at lightning speed!

Zizi - well done on such a successful and rewarding meeting, despite not feeling well. I do hope your ribs get better quickly.

Morning ladies we visiting B,s nurse today to see how her new renovations are going and going to the local cafe for coffee and a chat as she still has no heating bless her , Then after lunch our friends are popping in for coffee and a catch up , then we have Josh at tea time so a full day ahead again , hope everyone is feeling ok. I am working from home today. I was going to the Euston offices as I have a big load of printing to do but I decided against it. I am there next Tuesday for an award ceremony which will be nice, I haven't won an award for almost two years!

I am still in pain and got up in the night to get pain killers, I was quite comfortable with a pillow under my boobs the. I just turned over and ouch! I lay there for a while hoping it would settle down but it didn't. Trouble is it is quite hard to get up and down. Oh my goodness I am getting old, bit falling off all over the place!

Early start for us today. Up and ready for the hairdresser at 9am. As soon as she left DD2 arrived with baby grandson. All smiles as always. He has now gone for his morning nap, so time to catch up online.

Friends house coming on nicely , damp proof done walls up and some down but freezing cold and no hot water , no kitchen no sink just a washing up bowl on a chair under the tap, two walls shes having exposed brick so her brother is cleaning them down today to seal the chemicals stink but it will be lovely when finished
