    Good morning.
Not nice here so far weatherwise!
OH is golfing later this morning. A chance for me to finish tidying up after the family day yesterday and catch up with some TV recordings, and yesterdays Archers omnibus! I was planning a walk too, but won't be it it's horrid weather!

Well done to B, but so sorry to hear it was so painful :

The golf course is closed due to rain I am gutted, as OH has been watching so much snooker recently, and lots more lined up on the planner to watch. I need a day to watch what I want!!

Gem - at least snooker isn't noisy. I hate football on TV, and all the other sports where the commentators compete with the noise of the spectators. But the worst of all is darts! Thud! Thud! Thud! <manic voice> ONE HUNDRED AND EIGGGHHHHTTTTTTTTYYYYYYY!

Apparently we've had a wild and stormy night here - wind speed of 105 mph registered over the Needles, about 15 miles from here. I slept through it all. Lots of things blown around in the garden though, including the glass recycling crate and contents.

Walked over to Aldi needed some Asparagus for tonight's tea , It's very cold windy and raining wish I had stayed in and just got the spinach I have frozen out instead , Tired today after 4 before got Brian settled he was so uncomfortable his leg was sore and aching he didn't know where to put it , got up at 7.30 to get his pain killers and a coffee so just stayed up rather than go back to bed I think a Nana nap after lunch is calling 😊

Resting up after a manic couple of days. Lovely family time tho'. Bad timing for oven to go on the blink so meat wasn't cooked . No-one minded. Stayed sunny so GSs able to play outside. Sorry Brian's hurting Oma. He's certainly a fighter.x

Aww Oma, I'm so sorry that might be the case but if they can get his pain under control that will be worth another visit. You must be really fed up of hospitals by now. Thinking of you both.x

Oma - poor Brian. Do you think he overdid it walking from house to car yesterday? I hope the pain's easing and he gets a better night tonight - you too, you must be so tired. xxx

It's been a funny old Easter for us and today I've had the GDs while Mummy and Daddy did some essential shopping and some work, so getting back to the normal 'working' week tomorrow won't be too much of a shock! While GD2 was having her nap GD1 and I sorted out the pile of shoes under their stairs and ended up with a whole boxful of ones that didn't currently fit either of the girls, plus 2 odd slippers, both for the right foot!

                              Sunny start to the day.

I was awake more than I slept during the night, so hopefully I will sleep better tonight. Anyway, onwards and upwards.

                                Good morning all.
No golf again today for OH, the course is still closed due to too much water. They will all be getting withdrawal symptoms!
We went out to a country pub for tea last night, which was a nice change.
                                GS all day today
