Well a small bit of news blood test confirm it is Shingles but biopsy not back to see what else it is , also his Hep levels have dropped a lot 😊 won't know what they think the soft tissue lump is till his consultant comes in tomorrow but whatever it is it seems to be pressing on nerves and waiting to see if the treatment is still working for his lymphoma , so many questions and not enough answers yet

Oma, how frustrating this is for you both. Thank heavens for small mercies that the rash is Shingles. To be honest I thought Shingles was just concentrated in the abdomen/face, neck area. Hope that it's soon treated & gone. I'm sorry, but I don't know what 'Hep levels' are. Is it a good thing? I'm presuming it is as you've included a smiley face. I'll be thinking of you tomoro & hope your OH's consultant gives you good news. Finger's crossed his treatment's still working too. Boy are you two a pair of tough cookies. Nana he contacted Hepatitis B after a blood transfusion last year and it stopped him having a Bone marrow transplant a few days before it was due to take place and he has been having treatment for that to bring levels down enough to get the Bone marrow but it then allowed the cancer to come back so going round in circles but levels are good now

Nana, it was just that I hadn't seen Daisy here or on FB for almost 2 days, which is most unusual so I was a bit concerned. I have heard from her now, she is fine just really busy!

I don't know where today has gone. Went to Mam and Dads this morning, came home made something to eat, had a visit from nephew this afternoon and the time just sailed by.

We know how to enjoy a bank holiday. We are going over to DD3s, for OH to help (as in do 98% of it) board out their loft.DD has been working away a lot recently, so I will enjoy catching up with her.

So pleased our Brian is home where he belongs!
