Morning ladies waiting for J get breakfast over and him showered then the two of us will pop to shop and then spend day at his house , his friend came back from holiday yesterday so he's keen to play out with him and gives hubby chance to recover we had very little sleep last night he didn't feel well so both very tired today .

A rare day for me today, out with both GC and their mums

We are going to Eureka in Halifax. I have been several times, with DD3, and in my classroom assistant job. I haven't been for several years. I love it, and especially when not escorting a class of 5 year olds

That sounds lovely Gem. How nice to have your GC and DDs living so close to you. Is Eureka a hands-on sort of place? Sounds a bit like Techniquest in Cardiff where we took our GC a few years ago. They loved it. Just a day out with family is enjoyable wherever you go. Have a really lovely time. x

Thanks Clover. I am very lucky, I know. DD1 studied in Edinburgh, worked in Glasgow and married a Scotsman, so I never expected her, or any children she may have, to live close by. Then 6 years ago, she married, got a new job and moved south, all within in few weeks She lives 30 minutes drive away, much better than Scotland!
Eureka is a wonderful hand-on children's museum. It opened when my 3rd daughter was a child, so we took her lots. She even chose to take few friends for day there as her 10th birthday treat

Morning ladies wet hear but muggy , been to hospital his bloods and immune back to normal, been catching up with jobs stripped bed s three loads washing been done ironed clean bedding and washed floors through out sorted recycle bins and been to Aldi . Got tumble on the go when they dry will iron as I go , him indoors feeling a lot better today so all good with the world 😀

You're all making me feel very lazy. I've been "playing" on computer all morning apart from popping out for a paper! Trying not to feel guilty as I very rarely indulge like this so it's a bit of a treat!

Oh, just been reminded by the gorgeous smell that I did start some Granary bread off in the breadmaker as well this morning.Yum!
