I wanted to change my broadband provider last month, only to find my BT contract is for another 12 months BT had automatically renewed my contract without letting me know ! It will cost me £200 + to leave them . I have looked at my online account and I can't find my contract there. Later today I will be getting in touch with them . Not only do I want the actual date my contract expires but also the download speed they say I will get. If I do a download speed and it's less than written in the contract I may be able to leave BT without any cost to me.
But to be honyI do have bigger fish to fry , DS has just rung, he has been told his landlady is selling and he has a month to move out. He is very depressed at the moment and this hasn't helped at all . I could just sit and cry at this present time. oH isn't much help as he has become withdrawn

I was due to go to the clinic tomorrow for blood tests, but they rang from the surgery, as one of the nurses has gone off sick.Asked if I could get to the hospital today or tomorrow for them doing.Been today and got them done.Expected to have to wait a while,bit I was straight in and out.

Spent an hour this morning, trying to locate a parcel that has gone missing. We sent it by Hermes, used them a lot ,but it's the first one we have gone missing.

I tracked the parcel, and it said it had been posted through the letterbox, but it would have been impossible to fit in a letterbox.Buyer has been very good about it, says he will give us time for Hermes to investigate.If it isn't found, they will have to compensate us, and we will have to refund the buyer.

Morning all. Early morning call for me from Mum at 4:30am. She was in the wrong time zone, thinking it was 16:30 yesterday. Of course I couldn't get back to sleep. Rang her 'emergency call' response asking why the bed sensor wasn't activated. Hopefully it'll get sorted. Poor old mum.
Easy day today....just making drawstring bag for GSs peg at Nursery & hopefully a snooze.

The day started miserable but it seems to be brightening here.... washed and shampooed the dog and gave her a haircut in preparation for our going away next week
didn't want to take her to our friends too woolly! It takes quite a while to do (about 2 hours) so have just had a cuppa and a few minutes sit down.
