Good morning all I have just read in the papers that summer is over and the best we can hope for is dry weather.
Now is it me or do you think that summer never really did make an appearance, we had some sunny days , granted but most the evenings in June were unseasonably cold and July and August were either very windy or wet !

Looking overcast here. June and July were poor weatherwise Mmi. We usually get some nice days in September.

Morning ladies should have oldest GS today but DD taken extra days holiday just as well woke with lots of joint pains , just a flare up will settle in a day or two but feel very stiff and joints swollen today fingers and knees the worse walking like a old lady ☺

Sorry to hear you're having pain today Oma. Hope it soon settles down. Please take it easy.I expect you're a bit disappointed not to be having GS but glad in a way as it wouldn't be much fun if you're not feeling 100%

OH is out golfing all day, including her meal. We had roast chicken last night, so I will have cold chicken salad tonight, no cooking

He is doing Ok thanks for asking Clover his taste buds have gone though so not enjoying anything he eats just eating it because he knows he has too , that usually lasts a week or so but got more chemo on Thursday. i will be ok doesnt happen too often just one of those annoying things in life xx

I hope everyone had a good day.
We have spent the evening outside, sat on the patio with the chimeana lit. It was chilly at first but as the fire got started it soon warmed up. It was lovely and peaceful just gazing into the fire makes a nice change than sat in front of the TV most nights.
Tomorrow we have an appointment at the dentist and then its into town to buy some new yoga trousers for me and then we will pop into Wilko as OH wants to get some paint for the new trellis fencing he has just brought.

Morning ladies went to the beach yesterday tea time slow stroll along the prom watched the tide come in and the gulls fishing , wet and dull today got Hospital at 11.30 , maybe call in shops on way home , have a good day xxx
