Nice and bright. According to the forecast pleny of sun this morning.
Hoping to get the garden done before DS2 and his partner come.
Just going to get some towels in the wash.
Sometimes I forget to like posts, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.
Good morning Nan2. We may do a bit in the garden too, I did some tidying out there yesterday,
Good morning everyone else, I hope all are well.
No plans today. Our cat sitter friend will be coming on Thursday for our long weekend away so I may get her room ready, after GS2 staying there on Saturday night.

After a lovely day yesterday at my GGD1 3rd birthday party, I am hoping to get in the garden. The borders need a tidying up, it is lovely and sunny so no excuse. I wandered down GS1βs garden during the party to try and see WGβs garden but the hedges were too high but I did see her Juliet balcony but no Juliet. I hope the children didnβt disturb her with the noise they were making.
Oma, that sounds like a busy day to me and I havenβt long been up.
Apple crumbles sound good Gemini. Our cooking apple tree hasnβt been too productive this year and for some reason our very old large Brambly tree is dying.
Nanto, these cool sunny Autumnal days are just right for some gardening. I presume you are feeding your DS and his partner. I bet they queue up to have a meal at your house.
What is life if full of care we have no time to stand and stare

Hallo everyone, not feeling much better, I woke to blood in the catheter bag, I phoned the hospital and the specialist phoned me straight back, he told me it is nothing to worry about, they injected in the tube, the blood would form crusts then then the urine? water? would take the crust with it. I am keeping an eye on the bag and up to now it is clear again.
Then, I wanted to go to the toilet and I was so constipated I almost passed out! I read all the tips etc and after sweating etc for almost 2 hours it actually worked.
Now I feel much better for it, what a happy person a Sunday!
Glam, you are a good neighbour to Jim, he won't mind not having his rice pudding!
Gardening not being done today. Hubby was late home from car boot sale and visitors have come early. Lizzie, glad you are feeling a bit better now.
Oma, DS asked if we could have meat pie for dinner. So I took a mince and onion pie out of the freezer. I'm serving it with mash, cauliflower cheese, carrots and gravy. Rhubarb crumble and custard for pudding.

Hello everybody. We are finally back home. To those who thought I would be back on Saturday I can only say "So did I!" I thought OH had booked 7 nights but he'd actually booked for 8, and I didn't notice! D'oh.
We had a good journey home, apart from our Sat Nav trying to insist we went to Runcorn.
The internet worked for almost a whole day while we were at the camp site, so I've got a lot of catching up to do over the next few days!
I'll write about our holiday tomorrow or Tuesday, but tonight I need an early night!
Night, night for now. xx
