I hope the towels dry Nan2. I got a load dried outside on Sunday. I was glad I did as yesterday was awful.
Oma, I was awake a lot in the night. The three of us could have had a group WhatsApp chat!
Daisy, enjoy the away day!

It is the AGM of the library Friends group at 9.30 . When that finishes I will stay at the library as it is my volunteer morning.
This afternoon G1 from school, martial arts class, the usual Tuesday routine.

Nanto we went to bed about 4.30 slept till just after 6 .

All my jobs are done washing on and had a shower ,
Nothing much to do now ,
B busy fixing the shoe cabinet in the hall the drop down draw is sticking , the screws are coming out so he is putting stronger screws in

Ona he is up and down about enjoying it!

The reason he now goes every Tuesday ( he used to alternate between the Tuesday and Thursday class) is that he doesn't want to go for his parents and makes a fuss when they took him on Thursdays. He goes without complaint for me for some reason 😊

Good morning, it is raining here at the moment, I am going out to lunch soon with the GD's, I am looking forward to it.
I have just been and taken jackets and coats to be taken to the Ukraine border, I read about it and it was a snap decision, otherwise I would change my mind and they have more need for the coats etc than I have! DIL has some clothes etc so I will take them tomorrow as the lorry picks them up tomorrow evening.

Late again, I have to go and get some food this morning and this afternoon the nurse is going to change my dressing. Spent a lovely time with /GD1 and baby H yesterday.
I must find out is there is a collection for clothes for Ukraine as I have one or two of my OH’s still. they often get clothes for ladies and children, might be glade of warm clothes for the men.

Enjoy your trip Daisy, I hope the weather is better than ours.

We've had a long day out but travelled far enough north to share in the sunshine - it was a glorious day. Then we came back down south in pouring rain - the sort the windscreen wipers can hardly cope with. Eva had a lovely time with Missy, and Missy's dad greeted me with "we took them to the pub"!! I'm pleased to say Eva is stone cold sober, but very tired. Two walks, a play date and lunch at the pub!

I'm very tired, so I'll catch up tomorrow. Night, night.

Aqua this morning. I am picking JT up as we usually go together, living in the same village. SS meets us there.
No plans apart from that. OH and I may pop to Aldi for a few things this afternoon and to my mum's bungalow to check things.

We have dog so it will be just a couple of walks and a lazy day ,

Cleaned some drawers out yesterday , it’s surprising how much rubbish we keep , pens with no ink , the odd screw or two , scraps of this and that .
It all went in the bin make room for more crap no doubt 🤨😁

Good morning everyone. It's still raining here - dark and dismal sums it up!

Despite being tired last night I woke about 2 am and couldn't get back to sleep. Then I realised why - I was hungry! Yesterday we had stopped for lunch very late so didn't want another meal last night, but by 2 am I was ready for a 3 course meal! I settled for a Weetabix and eventually got back to sleep. My back's aching from sitting for so long so I'm just off for a hot shower to get moving. Dog training this afternoon, but nothing else today, thank goodness.

Nanto - enjoy the ironing. At least when it's raining you're not tempted to leave indoor chores to go and enjoy the garden.

Oma - it's surprising how bits and pieces gather in drawers, isn't it! I'm sure they breed there. I hope it's dry for Storm's walks.

Gem - enjoy your aqua class. I hope everything is ok at your mum's bungalow.

Daisy, sounds like Eva had a lovely time with her dog minders, she will want to go to the pub every day. Have a quiet restful day after yesterday.

Nanto, we have rain too, forecast better for the ed iof the week.

I am meeting WI friends at the local golf course for coffee, might stay for lunch. I saw the practice nurse yesterday and have a lovely new dressing on my hand. The nurse said the hospital should not have suggested I dress the wound myself. Although it still looks bad, she said it was starting to heal.

It has been raining since I got up this morning! However, I've been on a clearing out drawers mission and am satisfied with how much tidier they look now!

I'm hoping for a break in the weather so I can go out and get some fresh air!
