The sun is shining. I want to cut the grass but will will have to wait a while. Don't want to wake the neighbours.

On the menu today is jacket potatoes with tuna/mayo cheese and coleslaw.

I can’t imagine what those poor parents are going through this morning , my heart goes out to them so very sad .

Storm coming back today after his two night stay at other grandparents ,
Just been to see to cats , let Buzz out after he had his Dreamy treats he wouldn’t budge till then 😁

Fish with Rice for Storms dinner sorted , no idea what we having for tea yet.
Had lamb hotpot last night was nice but not what I really fancied , I don’t know what I want to be honest , just one of those weeks when your not hungry and not seeing anything that tempts you either .

it’s overcast and a bit windy but forecast says sun after 2 so we will see .

Daisy, I know how sad and concerned you are about your GD, but this time you both spend together is a bonding time. OH did get very wet yesterday!

Aquafit for me this morning. Our usual instructor is back thank goodness.
This afternoon I am going to collect GS1 from school and drop him home. His parents both have meetings this afternoon, but DD's finishes at 3.30.

Oma, you are busy looking after the animals, we had to stop giving our last cat dreamiest, they made him a bit crazy at times. You seem to have your energy back again.

Bought a paperback about Normandy, thought I should know something about the place. Must ask Sil where the house is.

Still nothing from Clover or Enfys, I am a bit worried about Clover as, if I remember correctly, she had a medical problem that was a bit worrying. I play a word game with Enfys and Grauntie.

Good Wednesday morning, everyone. It's showery here - more like March than May. Still the gardens are enjoying it.

Plant - I can see you've found Clover's lovely news about her DS's peanut allergy treatment. x It's great to hear the psoriasis treatment is working. My OH only commented yesterday that his has cleared up too - it seems to come and go without any obvious reason.

Nanto - tuna jacket potatoes are one of my favourites as well. You could find you've got a queue outside your front door! Our lawn seems to need cutting almost every day with this mild wet weather!

Gem - it's funny you should say about spending bonding time with GD1. I looked after her virtually full-time until she went to school, and yesterday we were talking about those times - some she could remember and some I was telling her about. Any news on DD3's house move yet? Enjoy your aquafit.

Oma- it's odd when you don't know what you feel like eating, isn't it. Either you're just not hungry or you are hungry but don't fancy anything. I usually have cereal of some kind for breakfast, but today I fancied toast. I ate it but didn't enjoy it. Dreamy treats seem popular with a lot of cats, don't they.

Lizzie - I do hope the hearing aids you'd like are suitable. Fingers crossed for you.

OH has gone up to DS1's for the day. They are putting up some sort of coving in GS1's bedroom. I can't quite work it out, but they are putting the coving a little bit below the ceiling so GS can run LED lights inside it. He's painted the room all white so he can have different lighting effects all round the room. The electrician is coming tomorrow to second fix the electrics. The room was very short of sockets so they've upped that and put in wiring for the tecchie stuff. It's beyond me!! Eva and I have got training this afternoon!

Plant, you will be pleased that Clover has posted on other threads now I hope you can get back to your aqua class soon.

Oma, no golf for OH today. She played on Monday and Tuesday and will be playing tomorrow though! Competition season.

Well that was the first aqua session since I started in January that I haven't spent in pain for at least some if not all the time. My knee is still stiff and the bony spurs lock at times, but the pain was the worst things and for now that is gone, or at least greatly reduced. It is aching a bit now after the work out, but to exercise without pain was wonderful.
It's raining, I hope it stops before I go for GS1!

Gem - how wonderful to be able to move without that awful pain. Perhaps the stiffness will ease with time, as your knee adjusts to more normal use. Did it stop raining?

Gem, I am pleased you have less pain after the injection, I hope it stays that way.

GD1 was coming for tea then they both came, they enjoyed the meal, I had to rush to get extra in, we had a few games and now they are on their way home, it is very windy but they will cope. I went for my eggs etc this afternoon, it took me a while to decide to go as it was so windy!

Just had Storm out for his walk I’m a bit tired out to be honest fighting against the wind ,
B went to let Buzz in and make sure they had plenty of water .

Got all the gardening done this morning between us.
After dinner we went down to the bungalow.
Hubby measured up for them a gate.

Daisy, yes it stopped raining so I stayed dry 😊

I took GS home, admired the guinea pigs again and had a cuppa with DD.

Sunny,but quite breezy.

Hoping to change the bedding and get it washed, and clean upstairs.

Menu is tomato sausage,mash,peas,sweetcorn with onion gravy.

Its cloudy but warm ,
so far I have done the dusting made the bed had a shower , took Storm for a walk and then made us both Toast ,

Off out at 7.30 to see to cats , leave storm there then over to Aldi for them opening at 8 ,from there to Sainsburys get MILs bits ,
Back to pick Storm up then home all before 9 .

B going to his mothers himself today so I can get on with a few jobs and have a rest
I’m tired just writing all that 😁
