I had a strange night, sleep was very shallow and I eventually dropped off into a deep sleep only to be woken by an International call. Might need a nap today. A friend is collecting items to fill shoe boxes for a charity, I will take around my contribution today. Will pop back later 10.20 and I am not showered and dressed.

What a change in the weather. It was glorious here yesterday and DD and I enjoyed a lovely long walk at the beach with Dexter. We took our coffee and sat in the sunshine, no coats on, it was like a summers day. Dull and misty here today but very mild.

am just taking a break from tidying up to have a coffee before I go and collect his lordship from DD’s, I’m pleased it’s a dry-ish day as he does enjoy being outside.

Something went wrong to day as I had to log in twice to join the thread there must be gremlins about ??
I have decided to stay home I was going to go to the local Morrisons but decided against as its become quite misty out this afternoon,I have been waiting for Dr to ring and do a telephone consult about the content pain in my back,I have had a few sleepless nights with the pain and its getting me down really,he suggests I go for physio and is going to arrange appointment I am just wary about going to the hospital at the minute. Also thyroid test came back as underactive so he has prescribed medication to be sent out,looking at the symtoms it says that hair loss is one of the problems which occurs and I have noticed that my hair is getting thinner and coming out when brushed so hopefully the tabs will help,why is nothing easy at the minute.
I am certainly enjoying the freedom I am getting with my little car it seems to go forever on £20's worth of petrol the dial has not moved much really yippy
I was hoping to do some ironing but the back pain has put paid to that for a few days I only have a couple of pillow cases and a quilt cover to do so nothing major.

Glamm im with you with the pain , it does get you down ,
I lost big big patches of hair with my Parathyroid problem thankfully with tablets and my op its all came back but it is scary when you notice isnt it .

Your little car sounds wonderful and getting you out , well done .
