Pampered is the word Gemini. I couldn't stop giggling at those doggie diets.
Hope GS's has a good match Oma, ground might be a bit hard.
Daisy I hope J will be feeling better today, wonder where that sickness came from?
I didn't need new glasses on my last visit Enfys, I hate choosing new glasses to was very pleased. Enjoy your walk in the sunshine.
Lovely to see the GGC yesterday, eldest said he will be six next birthday, then said no I will be three. He has so much energy, only stops to watch television, which is rationed. His sister is the most placid baby we have have had in the family, her brother thinks she is very sweet and says he loves her.
Sil will be 60 on Sat. he is going to have a party in the summer, I have bought him a Virgin Experience. We have two 60th birthdays and one 21st this year, I need to start saving.
Have a lovely day everyone, enjoy what you are planning to do or just chill. What is life if full of care we have no time to stand and stare

Plant - it sounds like 2020 will be a year of celebrations for you and your ever-growing family. People who raw-feed their dogs (and cats!) can get quite obsessive about planning menus, etc. I'm guilty as charged!
Ssshhhhh, don't tell anyone, but the sun's still shining here.
OH is feeling much better and, bless him, he's gone to Sainsbury's. I think he was worried about how empty the fridge looks!!

Hope that all is well with you and your families.
We are still waiting for hospital appointments for OH, so nothing to report there. Thank you all for your kind thoughts and wishes.

We had lovely sunshine, too, but it stayed cold, and we took Eva to the paddock just before it went dark and by then it was starting to get frosty. I'm not looking forward to having to defrost the car in the morning.
WG - I hope your OH doesn't have to wait too long for his hospital appointments. I think we're due for a few days of sunshine - fingers crossed.

Good morning.
It feels very cold where I am Nan2, lots of frost about. I am still tucked up in bed with a nice hot cup of tea though!
I went to my mum's yesterday afternoon and she was fine. She was watching the snooker on BBC, and DD3 had been to see her on Friday. She told me DD was getting married. She has been told this a few times, but we are all used to the things she forgets and the things she doesn't now.
Nothing planned for OH or me today, rare for a week day. We did talk about going somewhere, but it will have to warm up a bit first!
I may start printing out some of the holiday stuff, as I like it printed out as well as on emails.
I hope today begins a good week for everyone, or at least a better one.“A grandchild fills a space in your heart that you never knew was empty.” – Unknown

Sun trying to come out but no frost today. I am hanging around fully dressed waiting for a phone call to take GD1 to the doctors. Since Friday she has been suffering with tonsillitis for the 5th time in 12 months. It was so bad yesterday her partner took her to out of hours doctor and he said it was time they came out. They seem reluctant to take tonsils out these days. Depending what arises after she sees her doctor regarding the wait for a referral and actual operation, if it doesn't happen soon I have offered to pay for her to go private. Her partner has gone into work to cover her shift this morning.
Wrap up warm Gemini, I would love to get some seaside air into my lungs.
That dinner as usual sounds very tasty Nanto.
WG I hope you hear soon about your OH's appointment.
Will pop back later. What is life if full of care we have no time to stand and stare

Good morning each and every one.
Nanto - I'm just off to cook some mince for our lunch - don't know quite what I'm going to do with it yet, so I hope inspiration strikes.
Gem - I thought about your mum yesterday - snooker was on for hours and hours! Enjoy your day at the seaside. It's still frosty here but sunny, but ok to be outside if you're wrapped up nice and warm.
Plant - your poor GD1 having tonsillitis yet again. She must be fed up. How kind of her boyfriend to do her shift for her.
Oma - It's a good feeling to get rid of rubbish. Well done B! Ssshhhhh - Cooper's asleep on my feet too, but as soon as I move he'll be back to chasing round like a looney! Or rather, hanging around in the kitchen, hoping. I don't know why he hopes - none of us ever feed him titbits. I suppose he's just an incurable optimist.
GD2 has gone back to school today, after a week off with a really bad cold and cough. She's still coughing a bit, but was looking forward to going back. She's also desperate to be well enough for her belated birthday party on Saturday.
