DD2 is really shaken thinking that little GS2 could have been on it.
As soon as the rain started, apparently the organisers got all children off the bouncy castles, so they did act quickly and no one was on them it when they blew away.

A hasty 'good morning' from me. I have a feeling it might be one of those days - I could do with a nice routine one, but it's not looking that way. Nothing wrong, but I need to get stuff done before we go away on Wednesday! I'll be back later after I've collected Cooper.

Nan2, I haven't heard any more reports hopefully everyone is OK.
Another busy day for you Daisy!
I had been doing quite well with my weight loss, having lost 12 and half pounds, slowly! I had hoped to reach a stone before my holiday. However this week, due to birthday cake, chocs and several meals out and no exercise I gained 3 pounds! I will try to get this off before I go on Sunday!
Work for me this afternoon. Before that I must go to the Halifax for cash and book updating for my mum, and go to see her.
Happy Monday everyone.

Phew Oma you are a whirlwind, did you let B get up first before you dusted and hoovered the bedroom. Lemon drizzle one of my favourite cakes.
Daisy I hope you get off on Wednesday, you need a change.
Well done Gemini, it isn't easy to loose weight when you are invited out with friends, it usually involves overeating. What a good job you were not involved with that frightening incident.
Had a lovely meal at DS, Dil and GS3 and 4. GS3 picked me up and GS4 brought me home. A fierce drive there and a gentle drive back, daren't tell them that. GGS stayed here overnight ready for the move today. Furniture going into store today, not sure when they will be coming here, all quiet atm. At least it is dry for their move. They haven't seen anything they want to rush to buy yet, I can see their second baby being born whilst they are here, Sept isn't that far away.

Gem just seen the clip of what happened in the park yesterday. Thank goodness the organisers got the bouncy castles cleared as soon as the rain started. There have been too many tragedies involving these castles.Hope those hurt are soon better.Your weight loss is fantastic.
Plant, busy going-ons in your part of the woods today. Hope it all goes smoothly .You are so lucky to have your family nearby.
Oma it would take me days to do the amount of work you’ve done by 9.30.
Daisy I hope your muddly days goes well.
Hope some of us actually see some sun today, enjoy the day anyway.
Afternoon ladies , mild but overcast here today. Oma where do you get your energy from I have hung my washing out but it is doing just that, hanging there and not drying a bit. I have been quite busy doing the necessarys ,dusting hoovering, cleaning bathroom and kitchen and mopped floors but at a slower pace than Oma 😄.
Gem well done on the weight loss, and glad no one close to you was caught up in that scary event.
Daisy I expect you are looking forward to a break away, even though you are busy in the run up to it.
Plant hope the young family soon find a home they will be happy in, didn't realise there was a 2nd GGB on the way, congratulations. Matt drove down yesterday to see his Dad for FD, it was lovely to see him and as I was sworn to secrecy a lovely surprise for B. 2 weeks today and we will be back in Poole for 4 days really looking forward to that.
We had an eventful morning. Went on the bus into town and visited the Wessex Cancer Support offices. What a lovely helpful lady we met. Made us coffee, showed us around and generally just told us all about what goes on there. Lots of compliments therapies....reiki, acupuncture, massage etc, all free. We have signed up for Tai Chi, for which there is a very small charge as an outide person comes in for that. They also have a coffee morning once a month so we’re going to that too, and fund raising events. So a very interesting morning. Then DH fancied a Chinese buffet so that’s what we had for lunch, yummy.
Home now, after stopping for coffee with DD and feeling very tired but in a good way. DH is dozing in the conservatory and I’m just settling down with my knitting.
Oma, you have so much energy, I don’t know how you do it. Daisy, have a lovely break, hope the weather is kind for you.
