Good morning all. Both slept very well, thank you Oma.

I’m out this morning going to,another new WI with my friend. We have a choice of two local groups so are visiting both to see which one will be best for us. Mind you, I liked the last one we went to so might even join both. The onemthis morning has a walking group, craft and sewing groups so should be interesting,

we both feel so much much better today, and can make plans for days out during the summer and really look ahead now. Thank you everyone for your best wishes. Have a good day ladies 🌞

It rained like billyo last night and I’m putting my aches and pains down to that! Does anyone else get pains when it’s damp? There is a big fat pigeon glaring at me through the patio doors because the bird feeder is empty. He can wait.
Nothing much planned today, very wet outside so I may have to make something frivolous! Going to a social evening tonight so no dinner to cook.

Enfys, it is lovely to hear you feeling positive and more relaxed. We have two WI's in our village but I go to the morning one, the other is in the evening. I go to the craft group and I am going on a day trip to Denman College later in the year.

Hello again all’s well from docs I have very low estrogen, so been given a pessary 😱 to take and some shower moisturiser 😱 also have to go for a blood test for thyroid in a fortnight apart from that I’m a healthy lady , Oma hope all is ok with you . Going to sit down with a coffee that OH has just made will be back soon xx

Well im back , got a ticking off for not going sooner ,
Iron and VIt D were almost Zero so on 3 month course of high dosage Iron and Vit D
He said that should help with my hair .

Also got to see a Specialist I have something called Parathyroid Disorder ,
Its part of the Thyroid but my Thyroid itself the levels are fine , this part is small glands on the Thyroid that causes me to produce too much Calcium , it can cause lots of problems and I have classic symptoms
Have to wait for Hospital appointment said if I haven't heard by 15th I have to ring Hospital as its important im seen soon , but you all know what Hospitals are like
