Nanto - I don't know how you can contain your excitement - a trip to B&Q to look at loos!!!! Wow, you'll have us all jealous.

Washing done and dried , housework done ,well there wasn't much to do to be honest , Floors washed and ive had my shower

Sunny here atm but we too had rain in the night. GGS has been with DD and family overnight, parents went to see a recording of Michael Mcintyre's new television show. He usually sleep well until 7.30, I hope he did for his GParents.

Afternoon ladies quiet day a bit of pottering , I’ve got seven extra guests for Sunday lunch tomorrow they are going swimming first , so think all will have an appetite so preparing extra roasties , veg, and large yotks puds , hope everyone is ok my OH has informed me there is a latte ready for me, I love this man 😬

Nanto - there must be something in the air - or water! My OH has decided our main bathroom needs new loo and basin!! It's related to the flooring thread, so I'll put it on there when I've cooked dinner.

I ‘ve had quite a full day. It started with a trip to the surgery for our ‘flu jabs. We then walked to the shop on the cliffs to get a paper. Unfortunately it started to rain heavily on the way home which meant I had to change my trousers. I then worked out a menu for next week and did an on- line shopping list. I made sandwiches for lunch and a fish pie for tea .Then I decided to nip into the garden to plant the rest of my daffodil bulbs. This was followed by a hour with the hot,hissy thing. OH had prepared the veg. for our meal later so I thought I deserved a short sit down. However as soon as I sat down OH switched on the wall lights and the one above my head promptly exploded giving me a bit of a shock to say the least. Tiny pieces of glass absolutely everywhere. Of course this tripped the fuse in the garage so I had to find a torch to go and flip it back on. Clearing up the glass took ages
If I fall asleep during “Strictly” I’ll be mad.

Clover,all the loos look similar to me. Hubby want to look at a couple more places before we buy one.
That must have been a shock, when the light exploded.
