I have been playing nursey all week to OH and his arthritis. His new name is Sicknote, christened by our cleaning fairy. 😆 He has improved greatly though, thank goodness, I was running out of patience.
Enfys, I went to a knit and natter group when I joined the local U3A. I only went once as WW3 nearly broke out with the topic of discussion! Not what I expected at all. 😬
DDs and all have invited themselves to lunch tomorrow which is lovely. It’s time for mincemeat tart and custard.
Onward and upward all, enjoy the rest of the weekend.

We are going to my mum's later. To visit her, and to do a couple of things. She wants the shed varnishing so I think OH will do that. I have bulbs to plant for her in tubs, and I will ask if she wants me to bring any of the Christmas stuff down, as we prefer mum not to climb the stairs to the dormer and especially not to carry things down!

The sun is shining here, so I hope I can cut the lawn a bit later if it dries up. I need to prep some dog food and take her highness up to the paddock for a good run. Other than that the day is all mine.

I’m in the bath lol but thanks I will have a lovely day ! when all the family gather round for a meal there is so much chatting we don’t have time to eat, the kids bring colouring books etc and it a real family gathering , 46 yrs to get it to perfection 😉

Got the dreaded lurgy now, not surprising as most of the family next door have been suffering with it. Shame because it is lovely and sunny and I would like to get in the garden but can't leave the tissue box.

Oh dear Plant I am sorry keep warm it’s a b****r my Dd rang today she isn’t much better I think she needs antibiotics, she’s meeting us for lunch and then going straight home take care Plant xx
