Morning ladies hope my post finds you all raring to go with whatever you have planned
Clover I’m sure your sister will pick up in no time, I think sometimes the anaesthetic is still in our system after a big op and walking can make us feel a bit nauseous, and the district nurse looking after her OH has his best interests at heart seems they have sorted him out now , but it must be a worry for you
OH goes to smoking clinic today, so an hour to myself , as tomorrow eldest is coming for a sleepover, and next weekend the other two are sleeping over so busy weekends ahead .
Enfys bope the blood test goes better
Nanto glad all went well with the birthday girl and good luck to her for the interview

How could I have forgotten my son in law leaves his job today and is taking stock of his life for a few months , hope all goes well for him it’s been a stressful job over the 15 years , he is going to spend more time with his TA commitments for the time being

Bon Marche order was delivered. keeping the trousers and one top.The other top is way too big.
Going into town tomorrow,so will take it back to the shop.

Spoken to GD1, and she says her interview went very well. she will find out on tuesady,if she has got the job or not.

Nana, we have a Bon Marche shop in town,and you can return things there.
Otherwise,i think you would probably have to pay return postage.

Hubby gone to pick his brother up.gone to a car boot sale.

Shopping in town today.
Need some US dollars. I have some Argos vouchers that expire at the end of October,so going to get one of the Christmas presents for GD1 and her partner.
Also need quite a bit of supermarket shopping.

Just finished cleaning and hoovering both bedrooms and Bathroom , B cleaned oven for me sprayed it last night , he's just mopping floors for me now 😊

Nanto - you're very well organised. I wonder what OH will bring back from the car boot sale this morning! Fingers crossed for your GD1 with the job.

Oma - I thought I was doing well this morning - I've shoved the throws and cushion covers from the living room into the washing machine. It's nice and sunny so I thought I'd wash stuff I really need to dry outside while I can. OH is off to watch a wood turning demonstration for the day, so I might even clean some of the windows while I'm in the mood!

We had a nice meal and catch up with our friends last night. Afterwards we went to a bar which I hate, for drink. It is noisy with hardly any seats. I can't see the point of going there! However, having spent last Saturday night in Birmingham in the noisiest restaurant in the world, the one here didn't seem so bad!

DD3 and I are going to have chat today, making our plans for Canada. Later, OH and I are going to see the hot air balloons from the Balloon Festival. Last year the weather was poor and we didn't see any.
I will do some more rock painting today too.

Good morning, it’s shiny here but very chilly. No real plans for today although DH did mutter about gardening. I want to get the slow cooker on and am making soup too, so that’s my morning sorted. Have a good day everyone 🌞

Gem - I'm glad you had a nice evening with your friends, and at least the horrible pub wasn't as noisy as Lost and Found last week. I don't think my day today will be anywhere near as much fun as last Saturday!

Qwerty - I meant to ask earlier - has your SIL got any plans for his break from work? I think it's wonderful to be able to do that, and I bet he's got lots of thoughts on how he wants to plan his life. Good luck to him.
