I hope you find a bag you like Nan2. We went into town yesterday, which is rare for us.We stopped for tea and toasted teacake in Waterstone's cafe, and very nice they were!

Back to normal Tuesday routine today, OH golf, me school pick up.
This morning I am going to prepare the minutes of last week's meeting while it is reasonably fresh in my mind!'

Very dull here, not much planned except my Guiding meeting this evening. Kitten still alive and well thank goodness, he wouldn't come in last night so was convinced a fox would get him but he appeared this morning very pleased to see me. He has a cat flap but isn't too keen to use it. I am going to give the bathrooms a good clean this morning.

Hope the results of B's scsn are okay, no sleep last night for you two, naps today perhaps.

Daisy that dog is a real clown, time we saw another picture of him, he must be a size now.

Morning my pals a quiet day today well till 3.30 so catch up on the ironing, OH gone to tip to get rid of pallet that fireplace came on. I have reminded him apart from food shop and mot I havnt been outside the door since holidays, the more I stay in the cleaner my house becomes always find something to do I think he got the message , won’t be tomorrow though he has his therapy, also had a date for smoking clinic ,not local a car journey they used to do it at our local surgery I would imagine it would put a lot of people off bothering if they don’t drive

Nana I only take one at night now used to be one morning and another at night, only thing I have heard if you come off them altogether you get worse than when you started on them till your weaned off ,don’t think I will ever come off them

its hectic here today! I’ve had to bring Eva with me to look after GD2 and Cooper. OH is supposed to pick her up later, hopefully before GD 2 goes to school. I can’t let them in the garden because the window cleaner is due sometime ,and Coopers getting impatient. Must go, but hopefully back later.

Re stomach problems : I now only take 1 Ranitidine and have cut out Omeprazole completely. The consultant I saw after all the tubes etc had inspected/checked on reflux and goodness knows what else,came out, said that yes I did have a problem with hernia and reflux, but to take as little medication as I could possibly manage with. So am down to 1 tablet a day now. On the occasions I've forgotten to take it, I haven't noticed a lot of difference to be honest ! I sleep with a wedge pillow which helps with the reflux.

Have been to yoga this morning. There's a class at the local gym, so thought I'd try it and I found it to my liking. Nice way to start the day !So I shall carry on there.

Hope everyone waiting on test results etc all have good news and that everyone has a good day whatever they're up to.

Good morning all . I have just returned from my drs appointment and it went really well. He has suggested that the appointment to se the physio could be put on hold for the next few weeks . He said there isn't much point in going at the moment but not to rule it out completely as I have had back pain for 30 years now and it isn't likely to go away. I didn't realise it was that long . I have to keep taking the

Mirtazapin for the next 4 -6 weeks and see him again in about 6 weeks time. To compensate for the heart burn I have to increase my dose of Omaperaolze. I told him that I don't feel so tired now but I am a long way off dealing with the deep rooted issue that I am convinced is the cause of my problem . One day I feel brave enough I hope to open up about it .

Its very muggy out today. Heavy rain was forecast so when I went out I had a rain coat on and an umbrella just in case , didn't need either . Got my summer dress back on now !


Nanto I was talking to my neighbour yesterday about handbags , she had just brought a new one despite the fact she has a cupboard of them . I love new hand bags but I have been very good and resisted temptation

Bought a Yankee candle to go with grandaughters birthday presents at the end of the month.

After overnight and early morning rain, we have had plenty of sunshine. On the chilly side,but looks better when its sunny.

WG be careful it doesn’t bother you if you miss one but if you went a few days which I have when I forgot to take them on a weekend away it’s pretty bad then 🤢

Oma we could have had a natter...Sunday fell asleep at 4am. Monday fell asleep at 5am. Hope we all have a better night tonight. I must have been tired as I nodded off during 'bake off ....unheard of🤤

Nice bag Nanto.

Busy day yesterday so only time to read a few posts but not reply.Apologies.
It started with an early bus to hospital for OH’s appointment.Being early we didn’t have to wait too long. We didn’t see Consultant but nice young lady. It was a check-up after OH’s chemo.cream treatment for dodgy cells on his scalp.It has all cleared up nicely except for once patch that hadn’t healed properly and I was rather worried about. Anyway the doctor didn’t seem overly concerned but we have to use the cream again on that one area. Hopefully that will do the trick. I was worried that surgery could be on the cards,but fingers crossed.
We then caught the bus back into town for a much needed coffee! I then had a bit of shopping to do before we had lunch.Then it was on to Silver Screen cinema to see “The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society” Has anyone else seen it? I enjoyed it,my sort of film.
We caught the bus home and I just had time for a short sit down and snack before I was off to Pilates.

Clover, I'm glad it is just continue with the cream for your OH. I have never heard of that film, interesting title! A busy day for you yesterday.

GS1 seems to have settled happily back to school. I collected him, let him had some TV time, then made his tea. Then onto the little park really close to their house. No seats in this park, I keep meaning to take a camping one!
A free day today, with just a reflexology treatment for me on the cards. When , as it is this time, it is the same week as I go to my client, I just leave the cash in my diary and pay it straight to my reflexologist! As her baby is due next month this will probably be my last treatment for a while.
I have quite a few tasks to get on with at home today, so at least some of them will get done
