Well a busy morning ,we went to the Metro centre to Moss Bros for B's best man suit fitting ( far too soon I think ) but its done and as he's put a fair bit of weight on he was surprised he needed a bigger size than he thought ,
I was good and didn't mention his spare tyre he's acquired

We then went to a few shops and over the road to Ikea for Brunch ,
From there we went to another retail place to look around Smyths Toy shop see what to get GD came out none the wiser we really have no idea what to get her ,
Then next door to Hobby craft and PC World ,
From there we popped to Aldi for some Pitta breads resisted buying anything else as I need shopping tomorrow so get it all together
Home now and I must clean my Patio windows now , the dog has wet paw marks all over I thought I had cleaned them off but the sun is on them now and I missed loads

Nana I had exactly the same reaction after my flu jab,an awful headache and sore arm.

Just had Tesco delivery and was working this morning. Treating myself to a coffee before I get on. The bathroom is crying out for attention.Pilates this evening.I need a good stretch.

Good afternoon all, a lovely sunny day we went to the dentist this morning appointments at 11.50 only to be told it was 11.40 and they wouldn’t see us even thought there was no one waiting , we have been patients of his and his father before that perhaps 40 yrs , never been late never cancelled , they on the other hand always keep us waiting 20 mins, and cancel at last minute when he decides to go skiing at the last minute, luckily we can walk there although we live at the top of a hill and it’s s pull back up. So we will try next week ,she a a miserable receptionist too ,oh and we have to pay either buy cash or cheque he won’t pay for a card machine, good job they are good at their job 😬😬

Unusual for me to go on a weekday,but it was a lot quieter than on a Saturday.
Managed to get all the cards i needed and mams shopping.

Been quite cool today,plenty of sunshine though.

I got to Wakefield yesterday, didn’t buy much dil was looking for Children in need outfits butvmanaged to buy Christmas cards , something for tea and a glass ornament to put on the new fireplace 😀
Dil bought an outfit for Xmas I think she said , very nice it was too, there are some lovely Xmas decs in the shops you could change all your decs every year !!!
Sunday lunch went well thank you ladies , we always have our York’s puds first before the roast the kids can never get their head round that as a starter , but beef was gorgeous too much veg, peas, cabbage ,cauliflower, and carrots to please everybody 😀

Yes I thought that Nanto just two checkups we go to two different dentists in the same practice a 10 min job , I think if she had had a chat with the dentist they would have seen us, but getting past the Rottweiler is a task in itself

We have a receptionist like that at our Doctors surgery.She's very abrupt.
All the others are lovely.

Does the jabs make the dog off colour or is she ok with them ? I suppose she has to have them to be able to travel with you

She has to have it for her Pet Passport.

Avo - goodness, what a busy lady. You will need another trip to Portugal to recover. A song for each decade sounds a lovely idea, and I'm sure everyone appreciated the choir. Is your dog ok going to the vets.

How nasty Qwerty. As you say, its OK for you to be kept waiting, but because you mistook the time you were sent away.

It rained overnight but it has stopped now.

GS wanted to come back here after school yesterday. so no dark driving for me last night.
Lunch out today with friends, they are picking us up, which is nice! A farm shop and cafe they have been to several times but we have never been to.
First I must type up yesterday's minutes.
This evening OH and I are going over to the friends that OH built the Ikea furniture for. They need a curtain rail sorting it keeps coming down! They are cooking for us so two meals out today
