OH did that several years ago Qwerty at The Range . Brand new car only a few weeks old and the first accident she ever had. She was gutted! It got beaten out though and was as good as new in the end.
I'm sitting in my car to avoid standing any longer than necessary in the cold windy playground!!

Very cold and windy here. I have had a very successful day today. As I didn't go shopping until 3pm I had the morning to catch up on jobs needing to be done. Cleaned both bathrooms, washing done, dried and put away, dishwasher emptied, skirt shortened for GD2. I then met GD1 in Waitrose where she works and we did my shopping together, shopping put away, flowers arranged and now going to chop up veg. for roasting, skin the salmon and then sit down with a G&T with GD2 about 6p.m. Feeling very smug now.
Sorry to hear about the car bump Qwerty, it is so annoying. You could have a toilet with a view of the garden Qwerty. What is life if full of care we have no time to stand and stare

Shame about the car Qwerty, hope there’s not much damage. Enjoyed my morning out with my girls. DGD found a padded jacket she liked and a warm dressing gown so Nanny bought them for her😀. So nice to be able to treat her again. She is going back to Australia in March, she found out she could apply for another yearly visa as she had worked for 3 months so that’s what she is doing. A girl she made friends with is doing the same so I expect they’ll meet up again. Had a long chat with her, she said how much more confident and mature she feels now. I don’t blame her one little bit, now is the time for her to travel and do whatever she wants before she has any ties.
Off in the morning for the meet up with my on line knitting friends, looking forward to it."Don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened." - Dr Seuss

My imagination is running wild thinking about your loo in the conservatory.
Ours GDs always come out of school with coats not on or undone, plus all the paraphernalia they seem to need for school these days. They don't seem to notice the cold, but in a morning when they are close to being late GD2 will spend ages carefully putting on her woolly gloves.
Plant - I find the cold weather very hard these days - it seems to make me tired. You would definitely be cosier in your car than on draughty buses.
I've had quite a productive day today. Most of the house is clean and tidy (-ish) but there is a pile of ironing glaring at me.
Tomorrow it's our monthly outdoor dog training session, 2 hours on lead practice. I hope it's not too cold, although at least we're not getting the snow that some people seem to be enjoying.

We haven't seen any snow yet although it's been really cold. Today dr said my xray results showed osteoarthritis. So today I started the folic acid & iron tabs. Fingers crossed I become more energised. 🏃💃🏻⛷🏄 Dr also said he'll remove the skin thing. Had one done not long ago so know the routine.

Good morning all.
Have a good shopping trip Nan2.
Osteoarthritis is pain isn't it Nana? In more ways than one! I think it is one of the bugbears of getting older. I have a lot of problems with my left arm now, the radiotherapy one, and with my neck for decades. Good to know the Dr can deal with the skin thing.
Daisy, I hope you don't get too cold today!!
Nothing much planned here today. It snowed lightly overnight , but I think it will soon disappear.
Happy Saturday whatever you have in mind.“A grandchild fills a space in your heart that you never knew was empty.” – Unknown
