Good morning, I managed to get all the windows done outside yesterday, we did have a few showers in the afternoon but not on my windows!

Well my bloods all came back perfect , sugar , thyroid, liver, kidneys, cholesterol all great
Blood pressure spot on ,
So who’s a clever girl then 😁
No more blood tests for 6 months instead of 3 , that will do me nicely thank you .

Ive managed to get my front and back doors cleaned as the weather is so nice , a bit breezy but warm.

Well done Oma, you must be pleased.

Just got back from meeting up with GD1 and H in a local park. Took some lunch, H had been taking part in her school sports day so she was a bit tired. The playground is a new one in Marlow on Thames a beauty spot on the river. I stopped on the way home to pick up some plants and noticed my wing mirror cover was almost off so foolishly I stopped and put it back on and later noticed it was off and lost. So cross, I should have taken it off and put it in the car.

A lovely morning here,
Up with the sparrows cough this morning so I did a mini blitz ,
Busy morning for us .
B has his blood results at 8.30 then onto picking his glasses up , while he’s in specsavers I will get some bits in Sainsburys and his Mams cigarettes,
Then over to see old grumpy drawers.
We are hoping for a nice visit but his sister rang last night said she had been in a right mood for past few days.

Good day for grass cutting , it’s not 8 am yet and we have heard several neighbours out cutting , taking the chance incase it changes I expect.

Oma, I hope MIL is in surprisingly good mood!

Towels in the wash here too Nan2. We left our washing on the line until 9.30 last night, and all was nice and dry.

Annoying about the wing mirror Plant.

We had a really good day yesterday. Cloudy but warm when we got there, then the sun came out and I was even shade seeking at one point! On the whole the animals were cooperative, but it's a big place with lots of space to hide if they want to! We walked miles over the day. We had lunch break sit down and I had a couple of bench breaks whist they went off, but on the whole I did everything. I only used my foldable stick towards the end of the afternoon. I wouldn't have been able to do it if I hadn't had the massage the day before so that was good timing. I felt I would never walk again once we got to the car! We ate at our favourite local restaurant on the way home. We hardly spent anything on the day or the meal, thanks the that casino win

A nice rest day today. No little GS3 as for some reason DD had booked him into nursery thinking we would be away! We will actually be away at this point NEXT YEAR, so all we can both surmise is once I told her about that holiday she wrote it in this years diary. Anyway, it's worked out well as my back can rest today.
Golf for OH later. I am going to see friends this afternoon to drop off a birthday present and will hopefully stay for a chat and cuppa. Just a few things to buy this morning, so after a nice slow start I will go to Sainsbury's.

Hallo everyone, I have just been on the bike to Zoetermeer, my legs have been hurting a week now, I had therapy last week and the pump must have been too high, they do feel easier today though, I will tell the lady, no pump on my legs.

I asked DS1 what the girls would think if I took them out for a meal to the Italian restaurant here in the village? It is for the end of the school year, he said they would love it, I have messaged them both and they think it is a GREAT idea, GD2 added, " but are we still going on holiday together nan"????? I told her we are.

Gem, you would enjoy the day out, especially with the weather being so good. Where are you going on holiday next year???

I called in a supermarket on my way home from doing the office duty last night, I don't use that supermarket very often, they had a huge container with everything for half the price, including my favourite Lindt 100% chocolate so I got stocked up, I will call in later on and see if they have just happened to have put more of it out.

We visit the Lindt chocolate store frequently, it’s our favourite chocolate , mostly dark for me but B will eat any Lindt 😁

MIL wasn’t too bad,
Had lots of jobs for us to do and complained about her hip but doesn’t want to see the Dr so not much we could do there.
put most of the food we took in the freezer but kept a hot pot and treacle sponge pud out for tea so was happy with that.

B is taking advantage of the good weather to wash the car ,Several little gifts from the magpies splashed down the back .
We can’t decide what to have for tea tonight , neither of us is hungry one of those days when you don’t fancy anything.

I don't like to mention it really, but I think summer may have come Not sure how long for, but that's 2 good days now and no rain forecast for the next few days.

Half price Lindt has to be done Lizzie! Next year we are going to Canada. I think there is a thread about it. I will check!

Good morning, just GD2 is going with me on holiday, it is where I was last year with GD1, she will be away in Croatia with her friends the same week.

I remember now Gem that you mentioned Canada.

It is dull at the moment with showers forecast.
