Good news at last. I went to the eye hospital & saw a new consultant who said I don't need an op' or another injection in my eyeball. Phew relief. Next appointment is in a month's time.
Nipped in quickly to see my GS who starts his new term & his mummy said it made his day. Made mine too. Tonight I looked on Shpock & got an amazing bundle of Action men, vehicles etc for GS1. OH is playing, oops sorry, sorting them out before he takes them round to him later in the week. I can actually say I've had a good day. Yippee.

Nana, great news about no op or injection! My auntie has injections into her eyeball every 10 weeks. She is very brave and hardly mentions it, but it must be no fun at all.

I hope Mimi is more comfortable today.

We had a nice couple of hours with our friends Oma.
Hospital for us today too (OH's appointment) I hope all goes well with both appointments.

Usual Thursday later, OH on golf course, me doing mum's shopping and visiting her.

The mouth is a little better this morning, lips have gone down a bit so I no longer look as is I am doing a Mick Jagger impression, just wish they would stop tingling.

Back from the hospital. All is well, so that's it for OH for another 6 months, unless we have anything to report. Always a slightly tense time waiting for these appointments, so good to get it over as several of you on here will understand.

Back from the check and I was told that for a lady of a certain age the teeth, heart and weight was in excellent condition , very impressive really shame the vet was talking about the cat and not me . I did mention to her that she seems reluctant to groom her lower back, in fact her coat isn't a shinny as it was , but she is 11 so its not unexpected that she won't be as agile as she was. The vet thinks she may have a touch of arthritis in her left hip where she injured it when she was a kitten . She has been given drops to have once a day and see if there is an improvement in her grooming , if there is she will be on the drops long term and she will have to go back for blood tests . What with her medication, mine and OH breakfast time looks like a dispensary !

Good news about OH 's hospital appointment Gem.

I have just ordered 30 primrose plants for my front boarder and for a planter to sit outside the front door. Looking forward to spring already

Well we back too more creams more tablets and back again Monday ,
Called in Matalan bought two long cardigans yesterday ,one was black marle they called it , got home tried it on and it looks like its been washed with a paper tissue in the pocket didn't like it at all so returned it for a plain black.

DS just rang he was stuck on a roundabout after being hit from behind by a van , the back air bags had gone off , he had just dropped GD off at school so thankfully she wasn't in the car . He's just rang again he's talking to his Dad at the minute B giving him advice about getting insurance to pay for a hire car
