I think OH will be like a drowned rat when she gets back!

The parcel I was waiting in for has arrived, so I now have no excuse not to go out. I have to at least get petrol,buy stamps and post a couple of letters, and hand deliver a wedding card. Other things on todays list can wait, I can't bring myself to go out into the rain yet though!!

The one night sleepover has now become two nights. The other grandparents can't do tomorrow so I've said the can stay here do their parents not have yo take a day off work. Please let the e

Daisy you are being very accommodating to have the GDs another night especially as the weather is awful where you are. I hope you haven't had to alter any plans you may have had.
Gem these golfers are hardy folk.The other week you could hardly stand up against the wind We weren't expecting to see any golfers out but there they were battling on.They must enjoy the challenge.

Evening ladies I'm feeling a bit better thank you , had terrible stomach cramps and sickness plus headache since Sunday evening all day yesterday and during night , still feel sick and fuzzy headed but the cramps have stopped , must be some kind of bug , feel batted and bruised but ill survive , I'm hoping I will be top form again by tomorrow , xxx

OH is as Clover said hardy and played on, but eventually the competition was cancelled, as some of the holes were waterlogged!

We are a little curious about seeing DD3 and OH tonight. We are happy to be seeing them, but don't see them all that often as they are busy childless couple, with a good social life. It's not long since we saw them, when we had family round here, and we will see them this Saturday at their friends wedding. They suggested going out for a meal tonight. So..... we are wondering if they have something to tell us! I hope it is something nice like wedding not something not so nice like them moving away! As they recently bought their first house, and are both happy in their jobs I can't see it being that.
