    We are reposing in the tapas bar by the beach having a beer. We went for an hour walk today. I am covering my shoulders as they are red but not sore just being careful. Off on an island jeep safari tomorrow.

    I am feeling a little better but have verylittle if no appetite. A lot of the places here have set menu prices and it would be a waste to spend 36 euros if I'm going to eat virtually nothing.

          I promise I will Oma. Even with my legendary stubbornness I do recognise there is something wrongthat needs to get fixed but the way it is going the list is so long I shall need a two hour appt!

                Messaged my hubby we chat every evening for a while on messenger. Sorry for not posting regularly but having too much fun and by the time I remember its late here. Last day tomorrow and the long journey home begins, it was 100 degrees farenheit today too hot for touring in Vietnam. Been a wonderful experience though, stay safe and well ladies may not get online until I am home. Going to enjoy my last day around the pool sipping gorgeous cocktails, and the jacuzzis on deck. Oma doggy looks exhausted after his day care, playing with his friends has worn him out bless.

                  Libra safe journey home xxx
                  Well having a very late tea tonight , we usually eat between 5-5.30 but by time DD picked J and dog up then SIL arrived and they had a coffee it had gone 5.30 then just as they were getting in the car friends turned up unexpectedly , they had been to B&Q and thought they would pop in as they passed, they have just left , lovely to see them though , So the meal we had planned Chicken in BBQ sauce Roast Potatoes and Broccoli will take some time to cook , we have decided to have Beans on toast instead , well its just as tasty

                      LG - what a wonderful time you've had. It has truly been the holiday of a lifetime. Safe journey home tomorrow.

                      Oma - my plans for dinner often get changed at the last minute. Plan B is always something quicker and easier than Plan A! What a great photo of Storm. Perhaps what he needs is another half a dozen dogs in the house to tire him out every day!!! Eva was very tired after dog training and when I told her we were going out again (only to get weighed) she gave me such a look! LOL

                      Zizi - I'm pleased to hear you're enjoying your holiday, and that you will go to see your doctor when you get back. We all want to see you back to your usual bouncy self. xx

                      Plant - your sunroom always sounds wonderful. And it has certainly been a beautiful day today.

                        It was very warm in the sunroom, had door and window open, it does need a clean, need to chase all the spiders out. I did actually did a bit of hoeing the borders, I really enjoyed it.

                        Bone scan can for me tomorrow morning so I must set the alarm.

                              Had a good gym session yesterday, ache a bit this morning but feel better for the exercise. We plan a day out today, not sure where but will have lunch out somewhere. It's a bit dull here but hopefully will brighten up later. Have a good day everyone

                                Hospital day for us I think he gets stitches out today , at least doesn't have to wait for a specialist nurse to do his bloods now his lines out , any of them can take it from his arm now , after that calling into Aldi on way home then start painting living room woodwork , papering main wall on Saturday and new carpet next week so want to get messy bits out of way , walls don't need doing I emulsion ed them before Christmas so saves a job there ,
