      Morning everyone.
Take care on your drive Gem.

Thank you for the card Admin. Not necessary but appreciated none the less.

The sun is struggling this morning but no fog or frost. I've seen daffodils blooming in someone's garden as well as snowdrops and crocus. Maybe there is a light at the end of the winter tunnel!

Gem, Nan2 if we all say "Roll on Spring " perhaps it will get a move on......but then we shouldn't wish our life's away should we ?
Bring me sunshine in your smile.

Lovely sunny day here, I don't mind the winter if we get a lot of sun and we are having wonderful wonderful sunsets. You know what to expect in the winter, sometimes other seasons disappoint.

You will probably bring the fog with you but you are all welcome.

Morning ladies , Gem do take care driving ,
very frosty start but frost has gone now ,
Went to Dunhelm this morning I want to change the colour of my bedroom but couldn't find a bedding colour we both liked so more shops to be explored, we then went to look for new glasses for B he had seen a few pair in specsavers on line but forgot to bring the codes to have a look and as they have so many he couldn't see them , will go back tomorrow ,
I then went to have my fringe trimmed at our local hairdressers they only charge £2 only needed a fraction off to stop it getting in my eyes . Got washing in dryer and will iron it later today otherwise nothing to do for rest of day 😀
Have a good day ladies xxx

The drive went OK ladies, and all frost and fog gone, so I will drive over to my mums soon. I don't think I could drive a manual car yet. It would soon feel uncomfortable with all the gear changes, but my automatic doesnt ask too much of the left arm!

While I was in the hairdressers this morning the lady sitting next to me was telling the hairdresser about her granddaughter and we all had to laugh
The other night her GD who is 3 wouldn't settle , the next morning the little girl was in the shopping trolley and she was nodding off so her mummy said are you tired ? Yes said her DD because you kept disturbing me coming in my bedroom all night , So her mummy said but you kept waking up crying and shouting for me , The little girl then said well if you had left me too cry I would have gone back to sleep Her Mummy then said well tonight I wont come in if you cry and shout , The little one then said , OH no Mummy still come in ill just ignore you , hahaha
Now how do you argue with that logic children are so funny

We have got sunshine today, in fact hubby pottering outside as we speak.

Gem - I'm so glad your first trip out in the car went well. Don't overdo it though. xx You're right about golfers being gluttons for punishment. You wouldn't get me out in this weather for fun!

It was foggy and very frosty this morning going over to DS2's, but it seemed to clear up there during the day. but coming home was dreadful! The fog was really bad, and on the rural roads the white lines are very poor. It was so hard to see, espceially ponies grazing at the side of the road. A lot of them wear reflective collars which is great, but it was so foggy you couldn't see where the rest of their bodies were and I had to keep slowing down to walking pace before you could see them. My 20 minute journey took over 40 minutes. In these really awful conditions there were people driving on sidelights, and others on full beam which just reflected the fog back.

Oma - what a smart little girl - she's got all bases covered.

LG - I hope all the boxes are correct and there's no damage. When does work start?

Clover - how lovely to see some spring flowers out already. I've only got hellebores and snowdrops so far.

Nanto - if my OH had been pottering about outside today, he'd have got lost! But I'm glad at least you and Plant have had some good weather.

I have snowdrops, lots of them. I also have a very fat robin who waits for food and if I am not out there at the right time tells me off very soundly the moment she sees me.

last night after husband went to bed I had a panic attack (no idea why at all) and ended up on the floor between a wall and a table. I called for husband several times before he heard me and when he came in the only way he could move me was to grab me under the arms and yank me up. In doing this he has bruised my ribs. Very painful. He wanted to take me to the hospital to make sure they aren't broken but it wouldn't make any difference, they won't do anything. I had to be in town at 8am today and worked with 20 X year 5 kids and got home around 4pm and frankly I am feeling quite poorly right now. Needless to say husband is feeling pretty grotty about hurting me but he did the best he could in the circumstances. I had broken ribs and a punctured lung from a former husband years ago and I know the difference between someone wanting to hurt me and someone trying to help me. Feeling a bit sorry for myself.

Tomorrow I am working at home so I will take it easy as I have to be up in town around the Barbican area for a meeting on Thursday and that is quite a busy area at the time I will be there. IT will also give me an opportunity to plan my route to a new site I have. I need to plan since I started having these bruddy attacks so I don't have a meltdown when I am on my own. Sorry to moan

Oh ZIZI, you do seem to be having a tough time lately. Understandable hubby feels bad about hurting you, but you know it wasn't done deliberately.
                                Hope you feel better soon.

Our snowdrops are out and the daffodils are poking through nicely.
