popped out this morning for a final present for DGD's boyfriend, that's it now, all done. Cards all posted too, just local ones which I deliver. Now we can sit back and enjoy the days left before Christmas. Lovely day so far, we have DD's doggie this afternoon as they are off to pick up GS from Uni. Oma - poor Brian, and poor you. It sounds as though he's going through an awful time, and he's so brave - and I bet he still has a joke or two with the nurses. Waffle along here any time - and it's not waffling, you know we are all willing him to gain strength and get better. Try and be kind to yourself - and get some rest if you can. I know it's not easy, but if you can keep fit and well it will be one less thing for Brian (and us) to worry about. Big hugs and love to you both. xx

An early-ish start for us today, but we were glad we'd made the effort, the supermarket filled up very quickly. It seemed full of couples of a certain age (bit like me!) with the woman determined to be cheerful as they negotiated the crowds and most of the men as grumpy as you like!! I overheard one chap grunt "well, I suppose if you need it, you need it" I'd have loved to enow what "it" was - it was in the sausage aisle!!!

I don't feel like doing housework (hahaha!) so I'm going to play in the summerhouse. I want to make tags for the GCs' presents (the ones I haven't got yet!)

Afternoon ladies , well he's doing ok he's had 2 bags plasma to help his blood clot , 2 bags Platelets and a bag of blood . Dr came in and said he's doing good and on track and although it's not nice and scary for us at this stage it's what they expect to happen , he managed a sandwich and some ice cream at lunch that's a step forward ,
I'm having the dog for a few hours tonight it's Josh,s football club party so I said I would have dog it's a bit company I can talk to him 😊 Daisy I would love to know what "it" was too 😀

Decorating going slowly, i knew hubby never should have started it.
If someone came and said Mrs, i will finish it all off for you,but it'll cost £1,000, i would say when can you start.
Not done any decorating ourselves for years,we started getting someone in, but hubby said it will give him something to do.

Now I know I'm going mad!!! Yesterday I made two mugs of cappuccino coffee..... Using instant soup.........and now I've just put frozen fruit in with the peeled carrots for tea instead of peas . Should definately go to Specsavers 👀 😎😎

You must be worried, exhausted, a bit on the lonely side & yet you still hold your family together. Keep talking to us.
