First visit of the week to in laws this morning. She wanted some new seat pads like ours, red with white spots, these arrived from ebay on Saturday.
Since we did the kitchen and added a bit of red, she wants red now.
Anyway cleaned the kitchen, rearranged it and put new pads on chairs.Mam has just rung to say thanks, had some visitors and they commented on how much nicer/better kitchen looks.
Came home,had a quick cup of coffee, then cut the grass, weather didn't look too promising so wanted to get it done ASAP.
Made something to eat, then the sun finally came out. Washed the bathrobes and it dried them lovely.
Next door neighbour gave us some rhubarb, so I will make a pie in the morning.Hubby been licking his lips all evening thinking about it.Sometimes I forget to like posts,but that doesn't mean I don't like them.Comment

We have just had an upgrade done, so are hoping this will help with the problem. The GRU banner is missing again - 9 times out of 10 they seem to lose it during the upgrade! I will ask them to reinstate it today.

Very cold and windy here today.Made 3 rhubarb pies, so that 1 for us,1 in the freezer and hubby just taken 1 to parents. I had enough pastry left to make 12 jam tarts, so shared those with parents as well.
Just had a delivery of 3 skirts from Marisota, all fit nice, just need shortening a little bit. Another one to come, but they say it will be about another week.Sometimes I forget to like posts,but that doesn't mean I don't like them.Comment

Lovely day here , I had DD2 for the weekend and she made me "proper " coffee , so made some today and enjoying it , but the machine needs a good clean . It is just the single cup machine from Lakeland , I do it proper strong and dilute it so we both get a cup .
