With the exception of the airport lights it is VERY dark here but no ice on cars thank goodness. This last eighteen months I have been able to choose what time I go out so have successfully avoided the car scraping fiasco THAT puts me in a bad mood! I am up and ready to go but won't leave until 7.30am, don't want to be too early.

Took delivery of a very pink guitar yesterday. Instructions from dil for Sadie was that for Christmas she would like a pink realistic guitar. Well this one is very realistic and very pink believe me! I wonder why my auto correct keeps changing the word pink into link?

Interesting to note there is no mention on the news about the government decision to become property developers and releasing brownfield land for housing but project managing the developments themselves nor any mention about the intention to levy a training/apprenticeship charge on companies in order to meet the government targets on youth employment. School until 18 then apprenticeship/training/university or no benefits. Construction companies already pay a levy to the CITB (Construction Industry Training Board) so I wonder what will happen there? Lots of corporate communications to come in the next couple of weeks I think.

Hospital for us too. After 6 weeks the cast is coming off. As OH is unable to not do things, it is decidedly grubby! !

They will Plant I can guarantee that 😀 Children all came this morning before school and work lots of kisses and shouts of open mine first Granddad 😀 I was still in my PJ, s and hadn't quite woke up 2 years since had so much noise first thing on a morning forgot what it was like 😲

We have had a lovely evening Brian,s Brother came for tea had a great laugh talked about when we were all younger he spent a lot of time with us as a child and we got the old photos out talk about reminiscing 😀 it's lovely to see him and Brian together , the oldest sibling and the baby of the family they are so close makes my heart swell with pride ☺
