Daisy I’m so sorry you are feeling poorly. No wonder you weren’t in the mood for shopping. Take it easyand let OH take care of all the day to day chores! xx
Daisy, take the advice you gave to Gem. Stay indoors in one temp. Hope you feel better soon. Honey and Lemon is a good drink.
GD took H to a clinic this morning as she seemed breathless but they didn’t find anything, just a bad cough and cold. I have been to WI this morning, it was a talk on tea, I bought some and must confess it was very nice. They are local men starting out on their own company, both worked for tea companies for years and know their stuff. Problem is that they are booked to talk to several local gatherings and some of us from WI belong to most of them. They are talking to the National Trust Group on Friday which I belong to.
Oma, I don’t know how you manage on so little sleep. Do you disturb B or does he wake up too. I am not surprised you don’t feel like doing any housework.
Gemini, I hope the physio went well. Don’t do too much at the library but I am sure you are wanting to get back to normal activities again.
Lizzie, sorry to hear about your badly banged head. I am very envious when you talk about making your clothes. I used to make quite a lot of mine and dancing costumes for my GD’s

Plant, I got annoyed this afternoon with the lining!!! I will have another try tomorrow, I wasn't keen on the lining plus the fact I cut it out wrong, that was my own fault, I have combined 2 patterns to make what I wanted, the blazer has turned out nice so will the lining tomorrow!

B sleeps worse than me , pain in his back and leg keeps him awake a lot
But he’s always been a light sleeper , if I move he’s usually awake anyway.
Sounds a good talk are they a new company ,do they have a tea shop ?
Hope baby H is ok xx
Lizzie
When you make a mistake it’s frustrating,
I remember making a dress years ago I thought I was flying with it till I realised after doing French seams I was sewing it inside out ,
Took me ages to unpick all the French seams , I lost heart and it took weeks before I finally went back to it to finish it off.

Nice to see you posting how are you doing , are you still a busy bee 😁❤️
Oma and Plant, don't worry I won't overdo it at the library. They know I may only do an hour or so at first and that I can't carry heavy piles of books for a while. They are very understanding and are keen I don't do anything I shouldn't.
Physio was fine, I have been discharged as all is going well. He was very pleased that I am doing Aquafit and starting back at the library next week. I will miss him! He is a lovely young man, rather like Plant's GS

Oma, so pleased you had a good nights sleep. Very exciting picking up a new car. The tea men have worked for major companies, tasting and blending tea. I bought two of their blends, very nice but very expensive.
Nanto, I often forget to press the post button.
Gemini, so pleased you have been signed off, I know you will be sensible.
On line Christmas present buying is giving me a headache, J Lewis always sent items to their shops, now they are delivering to local shops. Several things are out of stock. Fortunately some of the family have asked for money, which suits me fine. My memory is letting me down big time.
I hope Daisy you are feeling a bit better.
DD and GD took H to see a doctor yesterday and they said he chest was clear. Sil is going down to fetch them later this morning. Board games for me this afternoon.

Aquafit was fine, I found it much easier that 2 weeks ago and could do the full class. Movements I didn't feel ready for I just did my own version! I felt quite proud of myself that I didn't have to get out early. Coffee with my friends afterwards then a quick trip into M&S for the order.
OH made us bacon sandwiches for lunch so a good day so far
Oma, no golf today. A friend asked her to play this morning but she thinks the usual Tuesday and Thursday are enough for this week. I'm glad you had a good night!
I hope you have a nice board games afternoon Plant.

Oma, that is very smart, B must be better with getting used to modern cars than I would be! I like my old fashioned set up.
Gem, good for you doing aqua fit, that is what I think at circuit training, I do what I can, the lady knows about my knees and shoulders so if I invent other movements she compliments me on it!!! It was full this morning 14 of us, all sweating!!!
Lovely car Oma! I hope B is comfortable driving it .
I have spent the afternoon writing Christmas cards. Just a couple more family ones to buy and write. Addressing them is a job for another day.
OH does the cards for the friends who were her friends originally. They won't get written for some time
