Hello, everybody
Sorry I've only just managed to get online at this late hour of the day. I slept quite well and as OH had his car buddies coming for the day I went down and tidied up the kitchen for him - he makes everyone a ploughman's lunch. I obviously let my enthusiasm for kitchen cleaning override my common sense - and fainted!
I've spent most of the day in bed but went down to have tea with OH - his culinary skills stretch to boiled eggs - and am now exhausted again. I've read all your posts, but am too tired to make any sensible comments, except Oma - can you blank out the number plate on B's lovely new car, please. Thieves are very clever at tracing such things.
OH has his hospital appointment tomorrow but I don't feel well enough to drive. A neighbour has kindly offered to take him and he'll have to get a taxi/bus or train back.

. OH's hospital appointment was 10.30 and he's usually in and out in about an hour, but today it was nearly 4 hours - utter chaos in the Department. Then he waited nearly half an hour for a bus to the station (the only good thing, he says he'll never complain about me hitting potholes again as the bus driver seemed to think it was an Olympic sport). Then half an hour wait for the train. The kind neighbour who took him met him at our station. He said he couldn't find any numbers for a taxi service! The bus driver grumbled at him for paying in cash saying he ought to have a phone app for it! His eye is more painful than usual with being out in the cold wind, and he was hungry so got a sandwich and an orange drink, only to find the drink was Orangina not orange juice.
