I've just ordered a new electric can opener, the one we have seems to be on its way out.
I know a lot of cans now have ring pulls,but still the odd can that doesn't.
Washing is dry, so i'm off to get it in.

LOL Oma! I love the water and aquafit exercises are advised to keep all your muscles in better shape before knee surgery. So, I am hoping to go twice a week until then. I did lots of aquafit exercise in our pool, which I wouldn't have done in a shared hotel pool

Our first lot of washing is dry also Nan2, I have just put some towels in with my pool towel as they will dry this afternoon.

Oma, our can opener stands on the worktop,there is a socket just behind it for the plug
We got a new toaster and kettle set, about June time.
Really like the toaster.

Lizzie, yes aqua aerobics helps a lot of conditions, and is possible when exercise on land would not be . Many of us at my classes look a lot less agile once we leave the pool!

Although I checked in every day on holiday , I rarely responded to Chat posts. Now there are too many to go back and do so I do apologise (and gently remind us that its better to make separate threads rather than lump everything in this section!)

Washing is dry. It clouded over for a while this afternoon but no rain. Car is back, with nice new undented bumper. I have sorted our holiday photos and made an album on the laptop, and put a few on FB. I also booked a massage for Saturday as my shoulder and arm are still very painful.

Baby E day today. His first day back at nursery yesterday went well. He cried a little at drop off which was understandable after a week of constant mummy and daddy. He was fine and enjoyed his day however. Usual Thursday golf for OH.

I hope Daisy is having a lovely time.

Glamma, is fine apart for the dreaded sciatica. We WILL get her back here. She is coming to Birmingham in September

I haven’t gone to MILs I’m spending more time on the toilet today think it must be a bug ,
Not taking any chances passing it on .

GS rang he got his results this morning not the grades he wanted but still fantastic he got a C in psychology and wanted a B but he isn’t even doing Psychology so I don’t understand the disappointment , That was the lowest mark so he should be proud .
He also got a conformation Email from Uni with his place so no more worrying about exams now .

I’m a bit washed out so nor doing much today.

We are forecast wall to wall sunshine today, we shall see. Planning a food shopping trip today, hope to see H, she will be here today. Late getting up, very slow today. I hope I can keep up with you lovely ladies in Birmingham.

Hello everyone. Just to say having a lovey time but finding a few minutes to myself to pop in here isn’t easy. Beach yesterday - miles of sand. Today hopefully steam railway trip to Minehead. GSs having a fabulous time and really are being little angels.
