    Hello each!
I have given myself a good talking to about being an old misery lately.
I pop in now and then to try to keep up.
News here, not much really, OH is going to Spain on a golfing jolly tomorrow, now packed and ready. I will enjoy eating peppers and olives and other things he hates.
    Oh joy ๐Ÿ˜†
Glad to see you are all behaving, Oma, I want one of those.
Gem, you will need a week of abstinence.
Plant, you wouldnโ€™t last 2 minutes here, I have just mended a horse blanket (big job) for GD. I had to do a big clean up after. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ.
Nanto2, you always make my mouth water.
Glam, we had world war three here yesterday. A pair of magpies and a seagull were going for it hammer and tongs on our flat roof. It was very annoying as it was very early.
Enfys, I am excited for you. You will be excused WWF whilst your visitors are here.
Daisy, howโ€™s it hanging girl? Hope you had a lovely restful day today.
Lizzie, I love sea shanties. I would love to have sung in a group. Too late now thoughโ€ฆ
Have to go, Country File is on.

Good Monday morning everyone. The start of a brand new week. What will be our highlights, I wonder?

The sun is shining here and I'm getting loads of washing done - bedding ready for DS1 and family who will stay after his party, but general catching up. OH has just taken my car for its MOT - fingers crossed - and then we are off to the garden centre. Just a few more flowering plants to fill in gaps in the borders and to replace some bedding plants which haven't survived.

I'll be back later, but it's so lovely to catch up with lots of news from so many of you. xx

Looks like the sun is just breaking through. A cool breeze is blowing though.

Friends are calling in about 11ish.Not sure how long they will be staying.
So, just a pizza for dinner today.

Daisy, my car is going in for an MOT test today, I hope they both get a clean bill of health. I have finished buying plants now, the gaps are pretty well filled now as well as all the pots in the courtyard but I still have some weeding to do. Silโ€™s nephew cut the lawns yesterday, he had Sil behind him instructing him how to cut the lawn (I hope he comes again)

Sun shining here Nanto, looks like another good day.

                Will pop in again later.

What is life if full of care we have no time to stand and stare

                  Good morning all.

Fingers crossed for the MOT Daisy. Mine is due next month I think.

Nice to have friends coming Nan2, an easy lunch after is a good idea.

Thank you SO much for all the responses we have had to the questionnaire. I will post about it elsewhere.

Today we are going over to DD3's to help with final packing for their move tomorrow. Most of it has been packed up for ages now, so it's just all the final things.
Tomorrow, moving day OH plays golf and I am looking after their cat in a spare bedroom here. Other family members will help at either end tomorrow.

                  Have a good day everyone.

We have been to Sainsburys this morning B needed a new hair clipper set as he shaves his own head and they had some on offer ,
We then popped into Iceland and Lidle for bits ,

Im having a cuppa then going to get a bucket and brush out to wash the spider webs off the fence with soapy water ,
canโ€™t just brush them off as they are sticky ,
I will then spray them all down with diluted bleach to get rid of the green mossy stuff , I do this every year before they are painted .

itโ€™s a bit overcast so I will wait a few minutes see what happens .

Good morning, pleased to see the DD3 is moving Gem.

Good luck with the MOG's ladies, I filled the tank yesterday on the way home from DS2, just closed my eyes as the โ‚ฌ's spun round!

I have had an irritation on my back a few days, I can't see it myself of course, I asked the gym lady to have a look, we were in the changing room at the same time, it is a mole that is irritating, she said it is dry, a lady said to make a photo so this she did, I sent the photo to my skin therapist and she said she can't see much from a photo and it would be wise to get an appointment at the doctor, this I did and I can go on Wednesday morning, now hoping it is just a mole and nothing else!

Lizzie, please don't worry, it will almost certainly be nothing, but worth getting checked out for your peace of mind. I had something near my knee which I was sure was mole which had grown. I had it checked out and it was not a mole but something else (I wish I had written down the name) It is harmless and now I have more of them. Unsightly and I wish I didn't have them but, totally harmless.

Lizzie I have couple of those, but these are different. The GP I saw happened to be the skin specialist for our practice and she knew what they were straight away. More raised than age spots and dryish. like paleish moles.
