            Good morning all.

            Have fun in B&Q Nan2.
Daisy, I'm so sorry you had a sleepless night due to your arm. Please do rest it as you say. Have you tried ibuprofen, ice packs etc?

We had a lovely evening at DD3's . SIL is a great cook so the food was good, and we played a couple of rounds of Sequence and chatted. Lovely.
We have a free day today. We haven't checked mums bungalow for while so that's on the agenda, plus popping into Tesco, which we pass, for few things.
I also have a few decluttering/reorganising jobs on my To Do list which I hope to at least start today.

            Have a good weekend everyone.

Up early this morning and thanks so much everyone for the good wishes I feel much brighter today I had a really good sleep went to bed and was asleep by 9pm until 6.45 so am well rested.

I have ordered a new cat flap for Oliver as that pesky cat from over the back is still helping himself to Ollies food he is even pushing the bin out of the way to get in,my neighbour's son is going to fit it for me I can then lock it so Ollie can get out (he can't get back in again but at least I will know where he is during the night) when he comes in to sleep and he can go out early morning,I looked at the magnetic doors but they where £50+ I treated Ollie to a donut type fluffy bed from Aldi so he can snuggle up warm in the kitchen my DD went to get it for him.

This afternoon I am going to meet my friend for coffee & cake the first time I have seen her in a couple of weeks she has been to Ireland to visit her friend she goes on a regular basis and really enjoys it she says the place is so quiet and the locals very friendly I just can't remember the name of the place ( memory loss)

Jim next door is doing well he still has carers coming in to check on him my DD sent him in some scouse on Wednesday and bought me a Dine in from M&S for tomorrow so we will share that it saves me cooking a joint of meat as I am still taking things slowly and under DD's orders to take
things easy for a few days.

I have not seen my little GD for 2 weeks they went on Holiday for a 5 days to Wales and with me not being too well she sent me a video of her dancing for me in a competition she did at the holiday park this week-end she is going to a pumpkin farm to pick her pumpkin's for their garden
she enjoys anything outdoors she is such a sweetie.

Off to shower and change for my first trip out in over a week take care everyone & keep warm xx

Good morning, I am pleased you are feeling better Glamm. Enjoy your trip out.

Daisy, I have arthritis in my shoulders and can be very painful, especially in bed, I hope yours is soon improving.
Gem, you would enjoy the meal being cooked for you.

A young man has been to fix the tracker on my bike, but, I have my doubts if it will hold, not my problem though. I can't ride it for 48 hours to let it dry.

A neighbour came whilst he was busy and asked if I had a new bike as she had heard????? that my bike collapsed while on holiday, I had phoned the firm and they didn't do a thing to help me!!! I came back up here and was so annoyed, they couldn't have done more to help me, where do they get their tales from, I was so annoyed I went down to ask her where she got it from!! I don't get annoyed very often but there is no holding me when I do!! I haven't told them the full story, just that I certainly wasn't ignored.

I have never had scouse, very much a noth country dish. Also pleased to hear Jim is doing well, he is very lucky to have you as a neighbour.

Gemini, I hope you find your mother’s house okay, it must be getting near to completion, fingers crossed.

Daisy, please rest that shoulder, have you consulted a medic?

Oma, I am trying to find a navy long cardigan, had one delivered yesterday, haven’t tried it yet.

Oma, that is what I think, annoys me! Plus the fact that the business have been so good and they are running it down saying I was ignored! The lady in question is the gossip of the flat though.

As for the cardigans, we have an internet site, Zalando, they sell all makes and designs of clothing, shoes etc, I love the quality of the clothes etc and the fast delivery, I have just ordered a navy blue jumper out of the sales, many years ago I made a fleece waistcoat/jacket, it fits me again and they are very popular so I have ordered a jumper to wear under it. My DIL2 says I have a coat addiction so I won't look at the coats on offer.

Oma, I think Zalando is originally a German business.

Oma, i get all my cardigans from Damart. I think i've got one in every colour except green.
Not a fan of any green shade.

Has been a glorious day here, so instead of parking at the hospital this afternoon I parked at the park& Ride site down the road and walked there and back. It's a busy road, but it was lovely to be out in the Autumn sunshine. Plus I didn't have to pay an extortionate rate for parking at the hospital! DS had been to have his hair cut in the morning and he texted me to say he was at a pub on the river so I stopped in there on my way home and left before it was getting too chilly to sit outside. Not much change in OH, he was asleep when I got there and was falling asleep again just before I left. They want to finish his course of treatment before he's discharged. They've moved the cannulas from one arm to the other and he's now got one with two tubes in it and one with one. The other arm is bandaged and covered in bruises.

I hardly ever wear cardigans! I've got a couple which hang in the wardrobe for most of the time but they're hardly ever on!

Doing a home made Chinese tonight. Couldn't find bean sprouts in Sainsbury's yesterday, but there were plenty in Tesco this morning. I noticed quite a lot of the shelves had spaces in them in Sainsbury's. It was quite interesting watching people walk up and down the aisles trying to find what they were looking for...me included!

Daisy, I had a painful upper arm recently and I'm sure it was because my arm wasn't supported when lying reading/playing on the tablet in bed. I stuck a pillow under my arm and the pain has certainly eased. Hope you get some relief soon.

Have a good evening ladies xx
