I've popped in too to see if we have a baby yet .
As you say Gem at least she will get some rest . Our Clare went 3 days but with epidural at least they can sleep .
Hope SIL is getting some rest too bless them , I hope baby makes a move soon for you all xxx

Good Saturday Morning everyone,Gems I do hope baby makes an appearance soon your DD must be exhausted lets hope she has got some rest with the epidural I do hope so.

Its so much cooler this morning and I have been able to sleep most of the night the first time in a while I wasn't sleeping too well when I tested positive but I was dropping off to sleep during the day.

My little DGD had her first dancing end of term show this week and I was really put out as I never got an invitation to it,her other GPs attended so it looks like I am off future xDILs invite list she did however invite her own mum who she hadn't spoken to for 4 yrs I am not mentioning it to DS as he is having stress just living in the same house until the sale goes through its not worth making his life more difficult is it ?

All my housework done early today I am off out to meet my friend for coffee & snack at 2pm we chat for an hour or so and compare family notes we worked together at the charity shop she still volunteers at Claire House Hospice twice a week she is a lovely lady.

The fridges in the Supermarket where full again yesterday after them being off on Tues/Wed due to the heat apparently the cooling systems are placed on the roof's of the stores to save space and couldn't cope with the heat bearing down on them according to DS1 he said all on line orders where only 50% completed and lots of customers where disappointed with their order delivery.

Good morning, oh dear Gem, what a worrying time, I do hope the baby arrives today. Try and enjoy the concert, although, that won't be easy to do!

Glamm, what a shame you didn't get an invite to the dance show, how nasty can some people be!!!!

I have been picking blackberries and got the jam made, that is all I am making this year and I only give it away when I do make a lot. There are a lot of blackberries, but, it has been far too dry and they aren't really filling out at all, only when you get nearer the water you see the difference.

I was hoping you had some news Gemini, I hope your DD gets some rest and her OH of course. I hope you manage to enjoy the concert and your meal out.

Glamm, I suppose you were expecting this kind of behaviour from your Dil, what a nasty piece of work she has turned out to be. I hope she doesn’t make your son’s life too difficult, at least he has a close family to support him.

We enjoyed the concert and meal out very much. I was checking my phone surreptitiously all through the concert though

Latest update , a couple of hours ago was as long as all remains well with baby they were going to examine DD at 4, see if she was ready to deliver and if not ', discuss other options '. SIL says DD is doing amazingly and he is so proud of her. I told him we are so proud of both of them!

So maybe not too long to wait now......

Daisy he is very strong holding his head up and watching everything and everyone ,
Hes very alert and when B put him in his car seat and walked behind it he bent his head back to follow him .
He is really well 😁
