Not had a bad day at all. Not been anything exciting, but its been good.
Got all jobs done early, then had an easy day after dinner was over with.

Clover,good to hear they have made a start on the roof. Hope the weather holds for them to get it finished.

Yesterday Sainsburys charged me for 2 packs of ham, but i only bought one.
Been in touch with them today and they are going to send me a £2 voucher.
I had to send them a photo of my till receipt and a photo of the pack of ham.
Also had to give them my Nectar card number.
Its only £2,but its my £2.

I have been on the golf course!
Because we couldn't have the planned family lunch, we decided to go for a walk. Then OH had the idea of joining two friends on the course and me to walk round with them. I know and like these friends so it was a good idea. It's lovely and peaceful out there. I now know caddying isn't a career for me though, the electric caddy kept running away with me My knee and back had enough by the 9th hole, so one of the friends and I went off for coffee and the other two did a few more holes.

Good morning, it is 19 years ago today that my hubby passed away, today is also my GD1 15th birthday. They were hoping to all go out for meal but with us being in semi lockdown that will have to be postponed.

I had GD2 here on Saturday whilst her parents went out. They brought her at 8am and I took her to a sleepover at 3pm, her football team, 11 girls! There was a lot of giggling and screaming going on when I dropped her off. She had a bag full of toys with her for me to put on Ebay, I have put them on but I don't think many will sell, there is an almost new Barbie Fiat 500, I have hopes that it will sell. I have sold a small sewing machine, I bought it when the girls were younger and here twice a week, wasn't been used anymore so I put it on Ebay and it went straight away, a man picked it up yesterday, a 2 hour round drive to pick it up.

I hope to get some shopping done early today, half term so the shops will be quiet this morning.

Good morning all dry and quite mild here and no rain yet! Nan beautiful picture. I have one very similar in my hall. Lizzie sad anniversary but hopefully some joy for you today with GD birthday. Tesco delivery for us this morning, plus few items for our neighbours. Library for me this afternoon and the Whats App quiz tonight. I am the quiz master this week. My three rounds are a picture quiz of sweets, identify the song from the opening line, and Halloween facts.

FQ same here its not forecast rain but i wont hold my breath ,

Been busy this morning , after usual housework and hoovering , i put a dark wash on its now in tumble dryer

B helped me put clean bedding on with my arm i cant stretch or lift it so cant shake the duvet myself ,
Then i put pictures in my new frames and B put the hanging brackets on and got them on the wall .

New posh shower head came , i say posh its square that's as posh as we get , its on and working fine ,

I then put the mirrors on the bathroom wall , i bought some sort of Hexagon mirror tiles in Dunelm you put them up in any pattern you want either interlocking or scattered
So i arranged them in a sort of organised chaos but they look nice

Just sitting down with a cup of tea before i go round to our local Hermes shop to send a parcel back ,
I then have to go for some macaroni as that's what GS1 wants for tea and i have every kind of pasta in but that

Oma I can't win as I set the questions this week There are seven of us who take part regularly (and another two who sometimes do) Three of us take turns to set the questions.
My knee is a bit swollen. I was going to walk to the library, it's only 10 minutes or so, but I think I will drive today.

Oma, DS2 has a shower head, i can't start to explain all it does!!!! Then the water comes out as well.

I bet the mirrors are nice, I have seen photo's like that and they look good.

It is dull, cold and damp here, I have been to the shop in the next village for extra present for GD1, also wrapping paper etc.

Gem, hope your knee improves, mine ##### hurt last week after decorating the toilet and standing on the steps at all angles. Back to normal now though.

Nothing planned today, as it is fine I think I should plant the rest of the bulbs. Mr Karcher is now ready for action again so no excuse not to finish cleaning the inside of the windows, but first I have to get dressed.
