We’re off to Suffolk in the Motorhome this weekend leave here on Saturday after looking after gs1 in the morning, so started to load up this morning. Just making a ginger cake to take with us, it’s in the oven and smell wonderful. Pub dinner with friends tonight. A bit of rain about,but not as cold as yesterday.
No fish and chips today,its closed,as the owners are away on holiday.
We could get some from another shp,but we decided to have a change of meal.

Lovely bright, crisp morning. Heating not on YET. Wearing my floor length fluffy dressing gown, so extra cosy. I feel like I am in a comfy cocoon. I really should think about jumping in the shower and get ready for the day, but I am much to cosy. We saw Downton on Wednesday Sunshine, I'm sure you will enjoy it.
Friday so GS2 day. No GD today as DD1 is taking her and GS1 to see 'Joseph' at the theatre at 5. DD2 will work from home, collect GD from school, take her to her auntie then collect GS from me. I will see GD this weekend though as it is the family celebration of her upcoming birthday.
It rained all night but has finally stopped.

Chilly and blustery here, I won’t go far today. Oma, I hope the face is easier today. Poor you.
Enjoy Madrid Plant. Sunshine, some days are meant for cosy apparel and today is definitely one. I had to get up and dressed to put the bins out first thing so for once I am up and dressed early.
I ordered from a Chinese site once, and I did get my order but it was polyester rubbish, not the silk I ordered. I did actually get my money back after a lot of faffing about but it was not straight forward. Now there are many sites popping up offering beautiful stuff but it seems they use pictures lifted from other sites and of course it’s a scam, it seems you either get tat or nothing at all! Always good to look for reviews separate from the site.
All here tomorrow so I must shop for food.

Morning ladies well I have been to Dentist after a really awful night , got there for opening my face is very swollen and Red .
She took one look and said it was a bad infection , put me on 5 days of antibiotics but said would take at least 3 days to see any improvement so keep up the salt rinses and keep taking the Neurofen . feel like Poo
Plus I have just received a letter to say my scans i had on Monday show my Parathyroid's will need surgery and I have to have yet another scan this time a ultra scan . feeling fed up but once this pain stops I know I will feel a lot better xxx

Good morning all. Oma, pleased to hear you have antibiotics, it sounds so painful. Take care. Sorry to hear about the surgery, it all,comes at once doesn’t it.
Off to WI this morning, sun is out after a heavy downpour earlier this morning. P still feeling very tired but he’s insisting I go out, don’t like leaving him but I know I must try and get out when I can. We had a nice lunch out yesterday but he slept when we got home, it’s taking a long time to get over this last round of chemo 🙁. Bless him, he’s keeping so cheerful, I’m the misery guts although I try to be upbeat in front of him. Hey ho, chin up.
