    Good morning Nan2 and everyone.

Nan2, funnily enough yesterday in the garden OH and I said we may have that for our tea one night!
No plans here, but we may go to the big B&Q on the other side of town. A friend said the social distancing is very well organised there.
Dull morning here, but it's forecast to be brighter again later.
Thinking of Oma and her brother.

good morning, Nanto, Gem and all who call in later.

It's dull here as well, but not cold, so I will get on with the gardening.

I'm also thinking of Oma and her brother. xxx

        Good morning ladies
        Sunny here at the moment.
I must do my Tesco order as I have a priority slot. Not that I’m eating much at the moment, mostly ready meals
Probably a bit of gardening and maybe a walk. I don’t feel like doing anything to be honest. I can’t seem to concentrate on anything for very long.

The family have a Zoom meeting this evening.
My GD was eighteen this week so we had a virtual get together. Not what was planned, poor thing but she had a virtual party with her friends in the evening when alcohol was consumed!

Special thoughts for Oma and family. I really empathise with her.

Have a good day and stay safe.x

I thought it was Sunday when I woke up, just realised it is Sat. Not that it makes much difference, one day is like another. I had quite a productive day yesterday, not sure what to do today. Shared a G&T with GD1, yesterday evening, she sat in the garden, I sat by the french window.

Thinking of Oma and her family, not good news.

Clover, I find Zoom a bit complicated, I can manage Face Time and Skype. Disappointing for your GD not to be able to be with her friends to celebrate her 18th.

No matter how much the sun may shine it's hard to feel any joy .
We are going through difficult times and Oma's heartbreak adds to the pain some of our ladies have had to struggle with these past months.

I wish all our ladies so much love whatever battles you are facing x

It was a lovely sunny afternoon and I spent most of it relaxing in the garden.
A sad day, with the news of Oma's brother.

Clover - be kind to yourself. Ready meals are fine - you're eating which is the important thing. You need time to grieve, to heal and to adjust to taking care of yourself. When you can't concentrate, or don't feel like doing anything give yourself permission to just 'be'. Sit in the garden, listen to the birds, and let the world drift by. I hope the Zoom meeting with your family helps a little. Give your GD my best wishes for her 18th birthday. There will come a day when she can celebrate it properly. Take care. Hugs, xxxxx

Mimi - I think when you're going through such difficult times a bright sunny day can seem like a mockery of your feelings. Thank you for your love, and I return it. I hope things improve for you and yours. xxx

Clover, as Daisy says be gentle with yourself right now. Look after yourself and do whatever helps, be it a ready meal, just sitting in the garden, anything which helps. It is a strange world for us all right now, let alone for someone who has been through what you have.
Lovely message Mimi, we all need to support each other and send love.

Just popping in to say hello. Some of you will know I’m a bit poorly at the moment... we have the pain under control but I have no energy so am resting as much as I can. My day in hospital and the lead up to it was a frightening experience, leaving hubby behind when I got in the ambulance wondering if I’d be coming back, and entering into A &E with Covid19 around was not on my plan! Anyway I am on the mend and will pop back again soon.

                                Good morning everyone.

It's a sad day for so many, but as Nanto says, we have to take one day at a time.

We've got sun again, although I think it's due to turn cooler in the week ahead.

Love to you all. Stay safe. xx
