Morning everyone. Oma pleased that you're getting a little bit more sleep. You said you were going to your GP's, have you been yet? Mimi it's so frustrating when people don't turn up.

Relaxing today. Sorry if I'd not put on here that I was going away this week. As Gem says it was a last minute decision really. Enjoy your day everyone.

Morning friendly folk, a bit miserable here weather wise, my dil was telling me she’s booked a family holiday in July so something for them to look forward to , I guess after the new year we might be looking abroad or home where will it be , OH mentioned the dreaded words house move I played it cool but I don’t think he has settled to staying here to be honest, but it’s the time of year , we do have a tendency to spend money always improving the home rather than going away as we do spend most of our time here ,
Nana sounds like your enjoying your break good for you
Mimi I couldn’t read you post due to the fidgety hand sent my eyes screwball, but I gather you have a long awaited pick up due hope it turns up for you.
OH has taken car in for service it’s near a shopping centre so gave him a list of things to get from Hobby craft , hark at me but no I am not taking a sewing hobby up it’s for youngest g/d she s very much into art and craft , glitter etc 😱 this is for Xmas
Nanto your graphic is strangely comforting ,nasty weather but cosy inside
Oma some sleep and less of a headache that’s something I meant to mention the other day how lovely the photo of Storm with his carer they love him, and what a gorgeous dog protecting the cat it warms your heart doesn’t it
Last but not least Enfys it’s so good P has got his date and as you say it will all be over by Xmas, I was googling ablation as I didn’t know much aboutit , I think that because P has come through such s lot smiling this has been a shock to you both , sending special hugs

          Wills all done
We just have to go back and sign them when they have been prepared and we check them. We had a nice lunch out.
I have just come back from the village and it is now pouring down down and dark!

It came very dark here about 1.o'clock and rained heavily.
            Brightened up a bit now.

I remember the day we went to make our wills.
Hubby doesn't like to talk about anything to do with death.
He said he didn't want to make a will. I told him one day, that i was going to make an appointment for me.
So, he dicided to go as well and make his.
If you had seen him squerming about on the chair, you would have thought i had taken to be hung.
He said after that he was glad he had done it.

              Aww, poor hubby Nan2!
As you say no one really likes doing it, but once it is done we can tick that off and forget about it .
In our case it is OH's swindling brother we were wanting to ensure gets nothing, as after me he is her next of kin. With no will her share would go to him if we died together. All sorted now .

Will making is just something everyone should do and then forget it.
Haven't been on much as I was out yesterday on a coach trip to London and today I had a dental appt. and then had lunch with an old friend and that took us three hours. Came back and GGS was here so another distraction. I have an infection in the root so prescribed antibiotic and the tooth will have to come out when it has settled down, it is one I had crowned years ago. As I have an injection for my bones and take warfarin it might have to be done in hospital, not a happy bunny. Wine is on the agenda soon.

Hope the non-sleepers have a good night.

You're right Plant, once the will is done forget about it.
Hope the infection clears up soon.
Our niece is on warfarin, and she had to have a tooth out in hospital.
Lovely for you to home and see GGS.

Good morning, Nanto, Oma and everyone. I didn't make it here yesterday, so I'm trying to catch up with all your news.

Enfys - I'm so glad P's liver op can go ahead, and it's not long to the 29th, thank goodness. I'm sure you both want it over and done with. How is he feeling today? And, just as important, how are you?

Qwerty - it's lovely to see the children's faces when they spot you outside their classroom door, even if they immediately hand over all their bags, pictures, coats and cardigans. I'm seriously thinking about borrowing one of the donkeys off the Forest to carry everything. I think I must have looked pretty awful on Tuesday because DIL went to pick them both up and DS brought them back to their house. GD2 is coming out of school so tired she's a bit of a handful, and I didn't feel very well on Tuesday, so I was glad of the break.

Mimi - my OH uses Hermes a lot and has always found them really good, but it seems that when it goes wrong it goes wrong big time. I hope you get it sorted.

Nana - I hope you're enjoying your holiday. It sounds just what you needed to give you a break. There's something very soothing about the sound of the sea, isn't there!

Oma - everything crossed for B's bone marrow. It's hard to believe it's nearly two years since his 'second birthday'. xx

Plant - poor you, that tooth sounds very troublesome. I hope it can be sorted out quickly.

Gem, we are in the process of doing our wills, too. As you say, it's not a happy topic, but it must be done!

We have a visitor this morning. He's coming to see OH for some wood turning advice, but i'm not sure if his wife is coming with him, so I'd better have a bit of a tidy up. I haven't spent a day in the house for almost a week so it's pretty untidy! What I really want is a day of doing nothing at all, feet up, regular cups of tea and a good book by the wood burner!

The last bit sounds heavenly Daisy.

                              Good Moaning Each.
The sun is out here and as I have to go into town it makes the task more bearable. I had my hair cut off on Tuesday and now I need a diffuser to style it. I had one but it must have been dumped in the last move.
We went to Costco yesterday and bought the C.......s meat and some other bits. Two days shopping of any kind is too many for me.
I hope you have all woken up bright eyed and bushy tailed.
                              On with Thursday then, tally-ho....
