Qwerty, get your hear out of those kitchen cupboards and go out and enjoy the sunshine. Hope J's visit was successful and that you both get some sleep.

Good to hear from you Gemini.

Hope poorly or sleep deprived people feel better this afternoon.

This afternoon we went for a walk on the beach. The tide was way out and the sky was blue. A lovely Autumnal day. I wanted to go at a low tide so I could collect some seaweed for the garden.I gathered a sackful but it was very heavy to carry up the long upwards walk from the beach. That is part of the attraction of this beach.that it inaccessible by road I also picked up a few flat pebbles for my future stone painting project so it was a very slow walk back.

Good morning all. So sorry you both had a bad night Oma and Nanto, can’t imagine how you function on so little sleep.

Qwerty, yes, it was the biscuit tin, I love different tins, might have to venture into debenhams soon.

P is off to his Men’s Sheds meeting after much and I have a friend coming round for coffee and chat. Have a good day everyone 🌞

edited: Plant, just had a look at FB, did you mean to send me pictures of, I gues, your GS or is it GGS? If you did that’s ok, but just thought I’d check in case they’ve arrived by mistake.

                              Nooooooo!!!! It's not December yet!
But the tins look very nice, Qwerty.

Good morning everyone. Oma and Nanto - Can you try and grab a nana nap later to catch up! I hope B's hospital appointment goes well.

Enfys - I hope P enjoys his first time at Men's Sheds. Enjoy your chat with your friend.

Plant - you probably need a quieter day - you're always on the go.

I slept in after my late night last night, so am only just surfacing! We need to go shopping today, but there's no rush! I want a couple of nice soft fleecy winter tops from Mountain Warehouse, a fairly long list of stuff from Sainsbury's and a trip to the Garden Centre. I've run out of horticultural grit to top dress the rockery with, so in theory it should be a quick in-and-out. In theory!!!

                              Have a good day, everyone.

Good morning all. What difference a day can make, yesterday it felt like summer today on the other hand is very much like autumn

I had another terrible nights sleep again Oma and Nana2 so I know how it can make you feel . Last night I just couldn.t keep still , its driving me mad , My dr gave me tablets to try and calm me down and they worked for a while but my Michael Flatley River Dance legs are back with a vengeance !

Qwerty they do have nice tins in Debenhams for the festive season , I usually buy some as emergency gifts for friends that I may have over looked

                                Have a nice day everyone
Bring me sunshine in your smile.
