Morning friends a much quieter day today, sil called this morning as we were having a problem with out new fire stick, not sure it’s what we want we already contribute to a package on talktalk and the fire stick is much the same
I have to say I took a tablet I used to take when at my worst with my bladder problems more of a painkiller but it has a big sedative side effect , I never liked taking it but needs must I couldn’t stand another night , you poor things that can’t sleep but having said that I can’t stay awake now and that feels awful too , I can’t seem to function on all cylinders , my feet get do get hot in bed and itchy is that the same as restless legs ?
Good luck to anyone with medical appointments I do seem to miss some of them
Mimi I buy a lot of Xmas presents sorry D&G in Debenhams they are lovely

Well what a nightmare journey , set off at 8. 45 for the Hospital only to discover the Metro trains were off as power lines down , the traffic was horrendous both directions ,
Our appointment was for 9.30 didn't get there till 10.40 everyone was late for same reason , then to top it all we were in and out in less than 4 minutes with Dr , had bloods done all was fine see you in 4 weeks , that was it
Coming home was a breeze by then though ,

Mimi I say the same with my restless legs , I blooming dance around the bed and you have to get up don't you its horrible ,
Last night I went to bed at 10 past 10 as usual I was asleep before I hit the pillow , 10.18 I was awake again , I got 8 yes 8 minutes lay for another half hour then got up ,
Went back at 4.30 and slept till 7.30 when had to get up again ,

I took a couple of tablets before we went out this morning as I knew I would end up with a thumping headache .

Plant enjoy Aqua , I sometimes wish I wasn't so afraid of water .

Have you tried anti-histamine tablets to stop the itchy legs ladies, I must confess if I am having a bad night I take Paracetamol for a couple of nights and of course my medicinal brandy.

This morning is is raining!
Today is DD's work day, so not a day we have earmarked for us all to go off in the car, so we don't mind too much. We and SIL plan to meet DD in her lunch break and have lunch with her.

I'm sorry about the bad nights people are having, It is no fun.
I hope Man Sheds goes well for OH, Enfys!
What a faff and performance Oma for a short consultation. Good that all is OK though!

Trouble is,if i use the computer when i can't sleep,it makes me worse.
I used to take the tablet to bed with me, but it kept me awake.

We walked to town and met DD for lunch which was nice. We walked back, then OH and I drove to mall to while away a few hours in the dry!
We had a nice meal out last night and a couple of beers, eating in tonight, cosy and warm

Had a bit of rain during the night and it's quite breezy.Apparantly it's storm Callum.

Plant, never thought about audible books,must remember for future reference.
Last night i slept from 12.30 to 5.30 this morning,and i can feel the difference.

Moving day for Libra , spoke with her this morning she's on her way and should be there for lunch GD's excited they want to go around after school

Good morning everyone. Nanto - the little girl in your graphic will have to hang on to her parasol today - it's quite breezy here!

Oma - I was just thinking, it's a nuisance B has got to go to the hospital for no real reason - but also, isn't it wonderful! Storm will enjoy chasing the leaves today!

I'm so glad Libra is finally on her way - no wonder her DDs are excited.

We didn't go shopping in the end yesterday - I felt really tired and my back was hurting. So we had a quiet morning and then I cleaned out the greenhouse and brought the banana plants in for the winter!! Guess what? Today I feel really tired and my back is hurting, but we absolutely must do some shopping. We said we'd go nice and early but I didn't wake up till after 9 am. OH never wakes up till I prod him and give him a cuppa! So we'd better get going and I'll chat later.

Nanto - I have to smile - that huge elaborate wedding, which from what I've read seems to be a competition to outdo Harry and Meghan's, and it's raining. I wish any couple getting married well, but sometimes the wedding seems to take on more importance that the marriage.

Daisy having a bad back and then shifting the banana plants isn’t not a cure naughty girl , hope you are feeling ok soon, the tirednesss could you be a bit low iron or something , we havnt had the kids to pick up this week
