Good morning ladies. the sun is shining here, at long last! Clover - I think you've been under the same cloudy weather system. It seems to have dragged on for days.

Clover, you're right about the fence, but luckily the house next door is empty at the moment so we aren't disturbing anyone going round to work on it from that side.

Plant - enjoy the party, and the bouncy castle. I hope GD and her boyfriend have a good holiday.

Holidays seem to be in the air, don't they! Oma - it's not long to your cruise now.

We're going to some friends for lunch today, with another couple of friends. Apart from that and sorting out some dog food we've got a free day!

Good morning. I’ve been popping on now and then but haven’t felt up to posting much at the moment.

Its a beautiful morning here and I’m going out soon to meet a friend for coffee at the local garden centre. Had a busy few days spring cleaning! Hope all are ok and those of you off on hols, have a lovely time.

We had a great time at our friends'. Lots of laughter, a really scrummy lunch and we got home about 5.30! Neither of us felt like anything else to eat - just a cuppa.

We had a good day yesterday but my knee and lower back were complaining last night!
Off to Camden for breakfast this morning, then to London Zoo.
I will write about my trip in more detail tomorrow. Home tonight.

GGS's birthday went off with a good bounce, there were only 4 little ones but several big ones on it. GGS's daddy had a lovely time playing with the children on it. At the end of the day Sil and his son GS2 were having a Judo verses Jujitsu time on it, nice and soft for falling. GGS kept going all day without a sleep he was really exhausted when they took him home. There were 4 pregnant ladies at the party. We waved GD1 and her boyfriend off to the airport for their holiday. Lovely sunny day, we were very lucky.

Gemini, nice and sunny for your visit to London Zoo and Camden, safe journey home.

It's my usual Monday madness here. Although I think the dogs have just about exhausted each other and it's warm enough to have the back door open so they can run in and out. OH, bless him, has gone off to the supermarket with a long list.

Gem I ‘m glad the sun is shining. Not much fun going round a zoo in the rain The animals tend to hid away. Have a good time and safe trip home.

Oma I’m sorry the doctor hasn’t managed to sort out your sleeping. Did he suggest a different medication?

Managed to get rid of an old lawnmower this morning with the rag and bone man. ( I think they’re called waste disposal operatives now ).Since we are in a little cul de sac they tend not to come near us but wizz up the cul de sac opposite.I was flapping the yellow fluffy thing around the bedroom when I saw him go up the other road and by the time I got downstairs he had turned round and gone. I traipsed back upstairs only to see his lorry come back and park outside a neighbours a few doors down. I knew she had stuff to get rid of so she must have flagged him down as he went by. Downstairs I rushed again and luckily he was still loading neighbours stuff so I called out to ask if he would take the mower which luckily he did.

Managed to give the grass it’s first cut yesterday. It was SO long it was hard work but it does look loads better now.

Clover - you were lucky to catch your 'rag and bone man'! I cut our lawn last night and it does look better. Mind you the rate Eva and Cooper are eating grass at the moment I don't know why I bothered!

Good morning ladies , im late today been busy doing ironing then cleaning Bedrooms and Bathroom , also had to emulsion the wall above my Dressing table ,
Took the TV down to use downstairs as ours goes into be repaired today and when we took it down the wall was very dirty behind it .

Then I had the dogs food to sort so never stopped .
its a nice morning today , windows open getting some fresh air around the house .

As I said our TV going for repair its one of these Curved screens , ( I hate it ) and twice now its developed white patches down the sides , lucky we took out extended warranty so it can be repaired , but to be honest I wish we hadn't then could have got another kind
