We are going into town later, meeting up with DS2.

Still really rough,
I've been washed I couldn't manage a shower I feel too exhausted and light headed ,I have put clean PJs on . I'm not going anywhere or having visitors so a day of slobbing won't hurt ,
To be honest the way I am I feel more comfortable in my PJs

Oma, you sound really poorly, and having a pj day is the right thing to do. Try and rest as much as you can. I hope B is feeling a bit better - sending him a hug.

My OH is still suffering. A hacking cough which has kept us both awake all night. Nothing seems to soothe it, and he's fed up, has a headache and no energy. I've got to go an sort the freezer out as the dog food has just arrived - I think I'll just bung things in as best I can and do a proper sort out another day.

We had a nice lunch and games with our friends this afternoon. They have gone home now to give their dog her tea.

Gem, I managed to bung the food into the freezer better than I'd expected without too much effort. OH is still feeling poorly but he got up for lunch, and has watched a lot of tv between snoozing.

I don't seem to have done much except make drinks for him, and just keep the house tidy. Eva only had a quick walk round the block because I felt too tired to go further, but she stopped and chatted to two other dogs, so could have been worse.

That sounds like a nice relaxed afternoon you've had with your friends.

Nan2, pretty flowers! Our guests yesterday brought some beautiful flowers which are brightening our living room.
I think we will be having sausages with ,mash veg and Yorkshires, so similar to you

Plant, we love the game Sequence https://www.amazon.co.uk/Goliath-Gam.../dp/B0013SW7YK but didn't play that yesterday. We played Rummikub and Skip Bo, two of our favourites.

We need to go to the supermarket today, and PetsatHome, which is next to Tesco. No other plans.

Quiet here today, lovely and sunny after a frosty start. No plans, see what pops up. Disappointing Rugby result for England yesterday.

Gemini, there must have been about 30 people playing Rummicub ln the village hall, last week, we have just about enough sets. Mexican train is another favourite and one couple play scrabble. We have add lib coffee or tea served, sweets and finally chocolate like penguin biscuits. Our village hall managers are amazing. We pay £2 for the afternoon.
