Yes Nan2, I noticed it was a bit nippy on the old feet this morning when I got out of bed to make a cup of tea....note to self, put slippers on when getting out of bed from now on .

Not a bad morning hear , been out to clean Patio doors as had dog for a few hours yesterday and he does insist on sticking his nose on the glass then jumping up and down with dirty paws when he wants to be in ,
Was meeting friends for coffee this morning but as I was in the shower she rang to say her OH not well so have to cancel . Going to Martins at 3 unless they cancel too then I will think no one loves us

I was awake a lot with very painful ibs. Despite taking the tablets I was back and forth to the loo for several hours. I think it was because I had a McDonalds milkshake at lunchtime, then we shared an ice cream sundae in the evening. I usually leave the cream but it was impossible to eat this one without it! Feeling OK but a bit washed out this morning. I will probably go easy with the breakfast!

As expected a really wet day so far here in Wales. A shame for the last day of the school holidays.I managed to persuade myself to do the i.....ng! Then I tackled some sewing I 've been meaning to do for ages .It's all the rain's fault.

Qwerty I have about 6 photo albums and lots of loose photos in bags under my bed , they only ever come out if one of mine ask to see one but I couldn't part with them .
Might have to get out and sweep my drive next doors tree is dropping all its leaves back garden is the same , but I know as soon as I clear them away there will be more as soon as I turn my back

what a morning, lashing it down with rain, thank goodness we tackled a few jobs in the garden yesterday. So a restful day today, I've only just had my shower! DH is upstairs playing with his boat (he's making a model boat/ship of some description) and is at the crucial glueing stage ...apparently

imthink its an ideal day for me to get in on with my crochet and read some more of my new Val McDermid library book. Must decide what to have for dinner first 🤷🏻

We had a nice meal last night , Kiev , new potatoes and Asparagus , we out at BIL's at 3 so we will either order a take away at theirs or do something simple like Bacon egg and beans when we get home

Had a good few hours with BIL then came home and ordered a Christmas Garland for my fire place from Balsam Hill the place we bought our posh Christmas tree from last year , My SIL's fault she encouraged me to do it mind you I encouraged her to buy a Dyson stick while I was there
