    Hi everyone.
I'm safely back home, after a wonderful weekend with forum friends, and lovely meal at DDs.
Good to hear everyone got home safely somehow or other

I'm safely back home too!!! I had a quick cuppa and then we took Eva for a run in the paddock. I was so glad I didn't have to run with her, thought and for once it was me, not OH, saying we'll just do one more lap and then go home! I can't believe how having so much fun can be so tiring, but the week-end has left me ready for bed by 5 pm!!

Nana - I do hope you're feeling better. It was such a pity it meant you missed our shenanigans in Brum, but I hope you're on the mend. xx

Nanto - I hope you had a nice day, doing exactly what you wanted to.

Mimi - I love primroses in the garden. I also have them in a couple of pots to mix in with the pots of daffs. They seem to flower on and off tight through the year, and are so pretty and cheerful. I hope you didn't get mixed up between the bulbs and the roasties, wonder woman!!

Oma - There must be something about travelling from Brum back up north that doesn't agree with you all. You obviously need to come and live down south, where the sun shines.

Qwerty - - we both need more practice at staying up late and boozing. We'll have to ask Plant for tips. You're right - it is therapeutic. Grans on Tour should be available on the NHS.

had a great night's sleep, woke up at 6.30 but went straight back to sleep and didn't surface again until after 8.00. Still in bed with a cuppa . Not much planned today, but we have Dexter this afternoon so an restful day here.

I slept like a log, feel a bit sore in places but I haven't walked that far for ages, so pleased with myself. I must food shop this morning and I also have a hospital appt, this afternoon. I will endeavour to put the pics I took on the Forum later.

                Have a good day everyone.

I slept well too, I was asleep on the sofa, went to bed and was too tired to read at all!

I am still in bed also Enfys.

I hope the hospital day goes well Oma.

Good morning, ladies. Nanto - what a lovely cheerful graphic to start the day! Eva says if she gives us a paper can she go and play among the sunflowers!

Back to domestic stuff this morning - lots to do with being away so much and the sun's shining so the washing machine is going full tilt! I've got to pick GD2 up from playgroup at 2.30, so I'd better get cracking.

Oma - I hope both hospital appointments go well. xx

Nana - how are you today?

Aggie - is your building work finished yet?

                    Have a good day everyone.

Thanks for asking Daisy. Coming along nicely thanks. OH has taken a week off to be Nursey. Enough said 😱
Hoping all the hospital appointments go ok. Enjoy today everyone.

Morning all, good to hear our ladies are all back safe and well.

Oma for aching legs the trick is to lie on the fool with your bottom pressed as closely as you can to the skirting board. You then swing your legs and place them on the wall. . You must make sure your back is well supported . This will help with aching legs .
