I see sun!! No doubt there will be rain at some point though, and tomorrow when we have a family day at ours planned, lots of rain is forecast I agree clover, so sad for families on seaside holidays.

We have this weekend 2 family events. for various reasons these 2 things which DD2 and I wanted to do over the summer turned out to be held on consecutive days, as these were the only times everyone was free (we started planning in June!)
Today we are all going to DD2s at 5 ish, and ordering pizzas from their local Italian for around 7.30, once the baby is in bed.
Tomorrow we are having a buffet style lunch for everyone at our house, with the addition of my mum.

Today we need to shop for tomorrows meal, maybe do a bit of clean up maybe, then over to DDs.

Grey and drizzly here today, but DH was able to get out earlier and play around with some cement on the back wall! No idea what he was doing, some little repair I guess. I decided to clear out the chest of drawers in the spare room....why did I have a whole drawer full of gift bags and tissue paper? Just in case they came in handy, I suppose. Kept half and binned the rest. But I did find a folder full of the drawings the GC had done when they were little, made me feel sad a little bit, so sweet. Needless to,say I've kept all of them . I now have two empty drawers to play with and lots of rubbish in the bin. What a great feeling.

Daisy, the doggy play area sounds good. Whereabouts is it? I wonder if DD would like to take Dexter sometime if it's not too far. Have a good weekend ladies 🌞

I don't think there will be any more weddings after next weeks.The new dress i ordered for the evening do came today, it fits lovely,
just needs shortening. thats the trouble with being on the short side.
Not buying a present,they have asked for cash,so i think that is what most people are giving them.

Enfys - the doggy playground is near Fordingbridge, just off the A338, Fordingbridge/Salisbury Road. It was brilliant for Eva. A large field with 6' secure fencing all round, a double gate system for extra security, and it had various agility-type equipment you could use, plus several taps and a sunken bath - great for a hot day, but today was far from that! It was pouring with rain, but both Eva and Bailey had a good time! You can book online using PayPal or cr/dr card - it's £10/hr - exclusive use - and is open from 4.30 am till very late. It's ideal for nervous or reactive dogs or dogs whose recall is rubbish as well as for training. We'll definitely go again.

It's been another busy day, and we got soaked to the skin taking the dogs to the doggy playground. I was shattered when we got home! I'll be glad to see the back of this rain.

Good morning to you, too, Nanto. We've got no plans today, and at the moment the sun's shining! At last!! If it dries up a bit I might do some of that weeding, if not I shall go and work on a hanging thingy I'm making.

Great night at DDs last night, with the extended family. GD and GS1 has us playing some funny games!
All DDs and GC, 2 SILs plus my mum to ours today, and 2 friends may drop in too

Sunny here too at the moment, just waiting to,FaceTime DS then out into the garden. I have a poorly rose that is not doing well, so though I'd move it into a big pot to see if it recovers.

Daisy DD sometimes takes Storm to a place very like that as he has no recall skills like a lot of Husky's and off lead will just keep running , this way he has freedom in a safe place ,

Well I went to bed at 10 last night and slept till 8.30 , there was a party going on down the street and my bedroom windows are always open I could hear the shouting and music but it never even touched me , I closed my eyes and knew no more till this morning .B said the party stopped at 11 but made no difference to me I was well out of it ,
Got up and did a bit dusting ,put two loads in washer , went to Lidle , now having a cup of tea then I'm going to disinfect the grass , I like to throw hot disinfectant over it when the dogs been , haven't been able too as its rained every day so will do it this morning before we get anymore ,
B, SIL, GS1 and SIL's Dad all going to see Dunkirk at cinema tonight ,so a quiet night watching TV for me .
DS sent me a lovely photo this morning of GD playing with a toy we had bought her , she said yesterday it was the best toy she had ever had hahaha ,
