If I buy some really nice chocolates I had better not buy them too soon, I think that pesky little sprite is still lurking around !!!

I have spent 2 hours sorting every drawer and wardrobe I possess, 2 huge bagfuls for charity mainly office type clothes, shoes I no longer have any need for. In the bin went 12 bras I never really wore as they were not comfortable, and any underwear that had got tatty. Feels good seeing every tidy and in it's rightful place. Lunch now before collecting girls. No doubt the wardrobe space will be replenished with more practical stuff."What doesn't kill us,makes us stronger."

Gem, you must be really sore. Hope the xrays throw some light on it all. Clearing out wardrobes & drawers is a big job that I really need to tackle Libra. Oma, perhaps you'll need to make a thread especially for your dear hubby's progress next week? We'll all be following his exciting journey.
When I went to docs today he did an ECG as my heart rate was racing. All's ok tho. On steroids now as antibio's haven't worked. Hoping these work."Good friends help you to find important things when you have lost them....your smile, your hope, and your courage."

LG - I bet it feels great to have got rid of 'work' clothes which you no longer need - and you now have every excuse to go out and shop till you drop. You really can say 'I've got nothing to wear!'

Aggie - that's great if they can treat it in a day procedure. My DIL had to have both hands done after GS1 was born. They did them one at a time though. Let us know what happens.

Good morning everyone.
I think the rain has stopped here but it is grey and dismal.
Aggie, my mum had carpal tunnel, but didn't need the op, the injections did the trick. I hope your treatment goes well.
Nana, I hope you are feeling better soon. This has gone on for far too long
GS2 and GD day. OH is around so I will get her to carry the baby up and downstairs when I settle him for his naps. He has 3 during his day and baby plus stairs is a bad combination for my knee!
Tonight OH and I are going to the golf club quiz. We went a few weeks ago. It was fun, and you get a meal, so no cooking to do!“A grandchild fills a space in your heart that you never knew was empty.” – Unknown
