Morning ladies been for a little shopping and pick Dog up ,
I am feeling under the weather today I now have OH,s cold got out of bed this morning sneezed and blood splattered everywhere , had a massive nose bleed it got on Duvet covers all down my PJ,s and as I rushed to bathroom with my hand under my nose I managed to get it on the landing carpet , so before I could go downstairs I had to stem the flow then strip bed and clean carpet etc . Not what I wanted first thing .
I did look a sight with my hair sticking up everywhere a wad of tissue stuck up my nose and blood on my PJ,s , I looked like Stig of the dump . Very attractive 😁Im not fat just 6ft too smallComment

lovely morning here, just cut down a few things in the garden before they collect the green bin. DH is bowling so I have the morning to myself. On new meds for my BP as it is still high, hope they work this time, I feel so well apart from that

Oh dear Oma, not a good start to the day as you say! I hope the nose bleed has finished and your cold soon goes away.
OH joined auntie and I in the village café where I took her for coffee. She's a lovely lady to spend time with.

Oh it's fine Gem sometimes if I blow my nose hard it happens too , I was a bit worried when I went shopping it would do it again so I tried to have delicate sneezes not the usual ear splitting ones OH said I have , a bit like your car door slamming 😀Im not fat just 6ft too smallComment

Its a very , chilly breezy day here. I haven't been able to go out today and all because of a visit to the drs yesterday !
I had to go for a check up and all was well until I foolishly told her about the pain I was getting on the side of my left food. I told her that I have had it for a few months now and it wasn't giving me too much pain, more discomfort than any thing else. She examined my foot and said ah , you've torn a muscle in your foot, does this hurt when I press it. After I came back down from the ceiling I said yes, very much indeed. Now I can hardly walk on the stupid thing !
Plus I have three large blisters on my right foot also so I am walking like a very old lady today ....

Good morning all. What are you having for breakfast this morning. Are you a cereal and toast sort of person or bacon and eggs person?
I tend to be toast or cereal and a cup of tea.
Not sure what it's like outside this morning but hopefully the sun will shine on us.
