Plant how are you are you out of pain now xx
Been to Matalan wanted a new top ended up spending £38 on Christmas decorations instead 😲 no idea where they will go , bought 6 bells with snow men on top for the tree , last year I had to leave loads in the box as I had no room for them , never mind I will squeeze them on somewhere 😀

A belated "Good morning " from me.
A lovely sunny day here, just right for all the holiday washing.
I've come back to making appointments for flu jabs and dentist check-ups.
I also tried to chase up my hospital appointment which should have been in August but the Consultant went on leave so I was told I'd be sent one for October. As they are usually sent out two or three weeks in advance I was hoping to find it when we got back ,but no joy ,hence the phone call.Good job I did ring as the secretary couldn't find me on the system-oh great! She said she'll "see what she can do"-famous last words.

Glorious day here, lovely intense blue sky. I even put my foot inside a shop, thanks to DD

Glad to see both our holidaymakers are back
Plant good to know you went shopping too.
I had a very nice day with GS1. He was a little charmer as he can be

I am a golf widow today, as I was yesterday. As I didn't feel like going out with our friends last night, I was at home without OH then too. Maybe she has moved out?! LOL

Good morning ladies. A bit misty in the distance, not as bad as in the picture though.
Hubby says it's a sign of another nice day,
Hope he's right, planning on doing some washing, amongst other things.

                    Good morning all.
Oma, hoping all is good with the scan, and OH is feeling better now. Happy memories of your dad I'm sure. I know he was a lovely man.

Baby GS all day, then collecting GD from school. No help from OH today, as Tuesday is a golf competition day. GD does an after school club today, so I don't collect her until 4.15. Baby has a feed around 4, so I think I will have to feed him in the car, as it is half an hours drive away

We back set off 7.45 didn't get there till 9.10 the traffic was horrendous. Nose to tail and every light we hit was on Red . Lucky for us they were aware of the traffic situation and one patient had called to say they couldn't make it on time , they were stuck behind a accident ,so we got their slot . Takes 90 minutes for the scan so I went to the staff cafe and had a cup of tea and read a couple of magazines , don't get results till next week now

A busy, tiring day for me today. I didn't get much sleep last night, and both GDs were on top (ie, very active!) form. So I'm heading off for an early night!

Tomorrow we're off on our first trip with the caravan until Saturday. I don't know if there's wi-fi at the site, so all be good in my absence.

Libra Gran - I hope your last shift on Friday goes well. Take a hankie, just in case. xx

Oma - I'm keeping everything crossed for good results from OH's scan. xx

Clover - I hope you get your appointment sorted out ok.

Well, my day went easier than expected! I put the buggy into the boot of my car, and prepared a picnic tea for GD to eat on the journey home. As she was at an after school class unti 4.15 I thought she may be hungry by the time we got back . I suspected I may have to give the baby his bottle in the car before driving back, which would have delayed GDs tea more. However, OH arrived back from golf in time to look after the baby, so I went for GD on my own. She very much appreciated the picnic in the car, and we even had time for a little craft work when we got back, due to no tea to be prepared or eaten. It feels strange having all my childcare over by Tuesday night!

Daisy, have a lovely time I have a busy weekend with birthday things for GD on Saturday and Sunday, but am about the rest of the time.
