    Good morning Nan2, Daisy and everyone else.
    Usual Friday for me, with grandchildren 1 and 3.
    OH golfing this afternoon, so just me and baby T to go for GD.

    We are out with friends tonight for someone's birthday meal.

      Good morning, sun's out but it's a bit breezy so we are planning a morning in the garden whilst it's still coolish. Had a long day yesterday in Southampton visiting Ikea and did pick up a couple of things in the M & S sale, lunch out too so all good. Felt shattered when we got home though, I just don't have the stamina like I used to, so flaked out all evening.

      Still picking blackberries, I think I'll start freezing them in small batches but there will be blackberry and apple crumble on the menu this weekend .

        Good morning ladies dull and breezy but not cold ,
        Daisy Storm sleeps all day when its warm , we considered getting him a cold mat but he's a chewer so wouldn't trust him , He's just had a piece of cheese now walking around sniffing the air to see if he can locate anymore
        Gem hope baby doesn't fall asleep on you just as you on way to pick GD up

        A few weeks ago I wanted a blouse from Asda but they only had size 10 left ( I wish) went to two other Asda's in the area no one had this blouse left so was a bit disappointed I didn't buy it the first time I saw it ,
        Pottering on line last night went onto there web site and there it was Not only in my size but in the sale . Reduced from £14 to £3 a pure bargain and free delivery to my local store , so ordered it pick it up Sunday , I'm a happy bunny its white with Dark Blue butterfly's very pretty.
        I will browse their web more often you never know what I might pick up as a bargain again

          Daisy, no you can not have all day on the naughty step, you are taking liberties now young lady, and as for Oma , well what can I say , much more of this behaviour and it will be early to bed with no supper !

          How is everyone . Busy day today for me, I have changed the bedding and its on the line, after the Tesco delivery man has been I really must sort out my wardrobe , its a mess I have clothes all over the place , time to see exactly what I do and do not wear and send some to the charity shop. I ordered a few items from Cotton Traders yesterday, some comfortable walking shoes, some trousers , tops and........ you will never guess........Place mats and coasters. I didn't even they sold items like that .The placemats reduced and they match exactly the clock on the wall in the kitchen and the wooden sign on the wall . I have been looking for something like that ever since I decorated the kitchen. Plus there was a free gift, a rucksack, not no ordinary rucksack mind you, this has thermal pockets to keep drinks hot/cold . I don't know if I will ever use it be as it was free I wasn't going to refuse.

            Managed to get the gardening done. Weather looked a bit iffy when we started,but the sun put in a short appearance.
            Just been in the shower, so i must get dressed.
            No cooking today,it's fish and chip day.
            Sometimes I forget to like posts,but that doesn't mean I don't like them.

              Just taken delivery of 40 Footballs
              They for GS1's Football clubs Fete on Sunday ,
              Luckily they are not inflated and all in a box , can you imagine if they were all blown up where the heck would I have put them hahaha

                    Raining a bit this morning.
                    Didn't get chance to come in here yesterday.we kept gettig visitors throughout the day.
                    Shopping this morning.

                        Not a lot planned for today , except to cook lunch for DS who is popping by . We are having 'Sunday dinner' on Saturday... I know I like to buck the trend every now and again !

                        Nan2 , is this nice shopping or everyday food shopping ? I haven't had a stroll around town shopping in ages, but then there aren't many shops here that haven't been closed down , now if it were coffee I wanted we have an abundance of coffee shops , they are every where but unfortunately they are the 'big' chain coffee shops , most of the small independent shops have gone out of business , they were unable to compete with the bigger chains.

                          Good morning, everyone.

                          Nanto - it's a bit overcast here today, but hoping it stays dry, but not too hot for the monthly group dog walk this afternoon, plus a BBQ tonight. It's lovely to have lots of visitors - but I hope you catch up today.

                          Mimi - please, please, please let me have a day on the naughty step - I've got a nice comfy cushion and a book ready!!!!

                          Oma - the mental image of Storm with 40 inflated footballs won't leave me!!! He'd have a ball (ooops, awful pun not intended).

                          Busy Day Number 2 for me - currently washing bedding ready for friend to stay Sunday night (she's looking after Eva on Monday when we go to London), then have to prep some dog food before going out just after lunch.

                              Very overcast here, just going to my family history meeting at the local library. Will have a look at the books whilst I'm there, I'm sure to come home with a few . Nothing much planned for us over the weekend, but might get out for a walk sometime. Have a good day everyone

                                A very wet one where I am.
                                We had a lovely meal out with friends last night, and as the non drinking driver it was amusing to watch others who had had a couple

                                Nothing much planned today, nice to have the odd day like that.
